Kelce has turned the clocks back and once again looks like one of the best tight ends in the NFL, despite being 36 years old. Kelce ranks third in yards (172), fifth in receptions (12) and first in YAC (128) at his position. The veteran has accounted for 30.4% of the Chiefs’ receiving yards and he has finished with 71 and 101 yards in his first two games.

Kelce looks healthier, faster and his usage has improved. The tight end is leading Kansas City with a 21.6% target share and 2.87 YPPR, which are big upgrades from the 17.6% target share and 1.7 YPPR he averaged last season.

With the Chiefs lacking legitimate receiving threats outside of Kelce and Rashee Rice, Kelce should continue to see high volume all season and Week 3 presents a great matchup vs. the Dolphins, who are allowing the third-most yards per pass this season (8.6).

Despite playing a limited role as he works his way back from a torn Achilles, George Kittle exposed Miami for four catches for 80 yards and a touchdown last Sunday. Kelce brings even better upside and should effortlessly clear 51.5 yards.
