Kade Anderson, Seattle Mariners vs. Los Angeles Angels ($7,700) — Anderson’s K-BB% is only 15.3%, but he has posted a respectable 3.71 FIP through 32.1 innings. Los Angeles ranks middle of the pack against left-handed pitching in ISO, wOBA, and wRC+, but fourth in strikeouts. Anderson has cleared 20 FPTS in two of his last three outings, including 32 FPTS in his most recent start in Colorado.

Davis Martin, Chicago White Sox vs. Colorado Rockies ($6,300) — Martin has thrown around 70 pitches in three straight starts, posting single-digit FPTS in two. Still, he finished with 18.2 FPTS on Sunday. Now he gets a Rockies team that, on the road, ranks eighth in strikeouts, 15th in ISO, 19th in wOBA, and 20th in wRC+.
INFIELD

Christian Walker, Houston Astros at Athletics ($4,000) — Walker has 27 home runs in 621 plate appearances. He’s done most of his damage against right-handed pitching, going deep 22 times with a .193 ISO. On the road, he owns a .222 ISO and a 113 wRC+. Now he gets to bat in hitter-friendly Sacramento against Jack Perkins, who has a 4.62 FIP against righties and a 5.36 FIP at home — where 14 of his 20 home runs allowed have been served up.

Pavin Smith, Arizona Diamondbacks at San Diego Padres ($2,200) — Smith’s numbers are uninspiring, but he’s been putting up some fantasy goodies recently — and that’s all we care about. Over the last eight games, Smith has posted double-digit FPTS four times and hit two home runs. Now he faces Walker Buehler, who’s allowed a .278/.355/.426 slash with 10 home runs to lefties.

Dominic Canzone, Seattle Mariners vs. Los Angeles Angels ($4,100) — Canzone is sporting a 91.1 mph average exit velocity with a 12% barrel rate and a 74.3 mph bat speed. Against right-handed pitching, he’s mashed 17 of his 22 home runs with a .224 ISO and a 125 wRC+. Ryan Johnson has allowed 11 home runs, a 5.56 FIP, and a 7.6% K-BB% against lefties.

Tommy Pham, Chicago White Sox vs. Colorado Rockies ($2,500) — Since joining the White Sox six games ago, Pham is slashing .273/.467/.545 with a 26.7% walk rate, a 20% strikeout rate and a .273 ISO. His average exit velocity is a whopping 99.3 mph with a 12.5% barrel rate. He’s pulling the ball 87.5% of the time, and his hard-hit rate is an exceptional 75%. He batted cleanup in the first two games and is now in the two-hole, primarily against left-handed pitching. He’s cheap, smashing the ball, hitting at the top of the order and now gets to face Rockies pitching. Colorado’s bullpen has the seventh-highest FIP in MLB. Jose Quintana has allowed a .306/.347/.493 slash, a 5.11 FIP, a 2% K-BB%, and five home runs to righties.
