For the first time in 15 years, WWE is hosting an episode of Monday Night Raw in Mexico City! Two Championship matches and two Money in the Bank qualifiers are set for this week’s edition of Raw. Roman Reigns will defend the World Heavyweight Championship against one of WWE’s top luchadores, Penta. The Men’s and Women’s Money in the Bank qualifying matches will also continue on this week’s episode of Monday Night Raw.

World Heavyweight Championship Match: Roman Reigns (c) vs. Penta
This is Roman Reigns’ first singles match on Monday Night Raw since January 2025 and his first title defense on WWE’s flagship show since September 2018. Since Reigns won the World title at WrestleMania 42 in April, he has successfully defended it three times, with his last one coming against Seth Rollins at SummerSlam. Penta is a former WWE Intercontinental Champion, but he will now look to add WWE’s top prize to his legacy. Even if Penta gets a warm welcome and puts up a good fight, Reigns losing the title is highly unlikely.

Intercontinental Championship Match: Chad Gable (c) vs. Dragon Lee
Chad Gable is set for his second Intercontinental title defense against Dragon Lee on Monday’s edition of Raw. As with Roman Reigns, the same is true for Chad Gable, as it does not make much sense for the new champion to lose the title. Gable and Lee should combine to produce a tremendous match, as both are among the top wrestlers in the company.

Women’s Money in the Bank Qualifying Match: Lola Vice vs. Kelani Jordan vs. Raquel Rodriguez
This is an interesting triple threat, as it features two current champions: Kelani Jordan, who holds the NXT Women’s title, and Raquel Rodriguez, the Women’s Intercontinental Champion. The third member of the match, Lola Vice, is making her Raw debut just like Jordan is. Since Vice is going to be an official member of the Raw roster moving forward, I favor her in this match.

Men’s Money in the Bank Qualifying Match: Je’Von Evans vs. Big Cass vs. Austin Theory
When I first saw Je’Von ‘Evans’ name in a qualifying match, I started imagining him in a Money in the Bank match with his elite athleticism and high-flying ability. Evans is the clear favorite to win this match unless we see The Vision or anyone else get involved.
