The Rams are facing the 49ers on Thursday night in Australia for the first edition of Thursday Night Football for the 2026-27 season. On DraftKings Sportsbook, Los Angeles is favored by 3.5 points and this game carries a total of 48.5 points.

Below, I break down my favorite Puka Nacua prop bet for Thursday nightโ€™s matchup, focusing on his receiving yards line against the 49ers.

Puka Nacua Receiving Yards Prop Bet vs. Rams

Puka Nacua O 17.5 First-Quarter Receiving Yards (-114)

Nacua was incredible last season. Between the regular season and the playoffs, Nacua ranked first in catches (153), receiving yards (2,047), YPPR (3.69) and YAC among receivers (786).

Nacua had a knack for starting games hot, too, leading the NFL in first-quarter receiving yards (525). The wideout’s target share grew to 35% in the first period – compared to his season average of 29.7% – and Nacua cleared 17.5 first-quarter receiving yards in 12-of-19 games, including all three of the Rams’ postseason games to close out his campaign.

Nacua faced the 49ers twice last season. While they held him to just five first-quarter receiving yards in the first matchup, Nacua tore San Francisco up for 47 first-quarter receiving yards in the second meeting.

The 49ers weren’t a defense to fear last season, giving up the 15th-most yards per pass (6.6), and Nacua should get off to a hot start against the division rival Thursday night.
