Royals outfielder Jac Caglianone exited Saturday’s game against the Blue Jays in the third inning due to an apparent injury.
He was replaced in right field by Nick Loftin, and his injury status remains unclear.
Since Caglianone was removed before recording his second plate appearance, he is eligible for DraftKings Early Exit.
Toronto leads 3–2 in the bottom of the third.
