LSU vs. Clemson Player Prop Best Bets
Trey’Dez Green Anytime TD Scorer (+105)
Trey’Dez Green is the returning tight end for LSU this season. Things were in doubt for Green with the potential return of former Ole Miss and Cleveland Browns tight end Dae’Quan Wright. However, Wright is not going to be playing for LSU, at least not this week. That leaves Green as the clear starting tight end coming into this game. He had a solid 2025 season, catching 33 balls for 433 yards in just eight games of action. However, his real role was in the red zone. He led the Tigers with seven receiving touchdowns on the season.
At 6-foot-7, 237 pounds, Trey’Dez Green is a big body to look for in the red zone. Sam Leavitt should use him in that area of the field, just like Garrett Nussmeier did last season. Green scored a touchdown in six of the eight games he played last season, including the 2025 season opener against Clemson. He should find the end zone against the Tigers for the second straight season.
Chris Johnson Jr. 25+ Rushing Yards (-106)
Clemson should try to run the football in this game. Keeping the ball away from the LSU offense is essential and will keep the crowd out of the game. Also, the Clemson quarterback, Chris Vizzina, is a major question mark. If Clemson can move the ball on the ground, it will make life a lot easier on Vizzina. Clemson is rolling out two primary running backs this season: last season’s RB2, Gideon Davidson, and SMU transfer Chris Johnson Jr.
Davidson is expected to be the starter as the returning option, but Johnson is the more explosive back. He averaged 7.1 yards per rush last season at SMU. If he can just break a couple of big runs in this game, he should get enough touches to get to this mark of 25 rushing yards.
