DraftKings Rewards Weekly Bonus Back Terms & Conditions

Thank you for choosing to participate in this promotion (the “Promotion”) being offered by DraftKings. By entering or participating in the Promotion you hereby agree to be bound by these Promotion terms (the “Promotion Terms,” together with the DraftKings Terms of Use and General Rules, the “Terms”). If you do not wish to be bound by the Promotion Terms, please do not enter or participate in the Promotion. (1) DESCRIPTION

DraftKings Rewards customers (“Customers” or “Members”) who complete Casino gameplay on DraftKings Casino or Golden Nugget Online Casino (“GNOG”), are eligible to earn a weekly Crown Cash reward.

(2) DATE AND TIME OF PROMOTION

Promotion valid between 8/3/2026 at 12:00 AM Eastern Time (ET) and 1/3/2027 at 2:59 AM ET (the “Promotional Period”). 

For purposes of this Promotion, an “Offer Week” begins each Monday at 12:00 AM ET and ends the following Sunday at 11:59 PM ET. Only Qualifying Wagers (defined below) placed during both the Promotional Period and the applicable Offer Week will count toward this Promotion.

(3) ELIGIBILITY

Members must be physically located in an Eligible Jurisdiction and must have attained the minimum age required to participate in this Promotion, as specified below. Eligible Jurisdictions (each an “Eligible Jurisdiction”):

-DraftKings Casino: Must be physically located in CT, MI, NJ, PA, WV, CA-AB, or CA-ONT. Must be 21+ years of age or older (18+ in CA-AB, 19+ in CA-ONT).

-Golden Nugget Online Casino: Must be physically located in MI, NJ, PA, WV, or CA-ONT. Must be 21+ years of age or older (19+ in CA-ONT).

Members must be invited to receive this Promotion. Promotion is only valid for the intended recipient – Members who receive this offer via an email forward, screenshot, or other means shall not be eligible.

Members who are banned, on the Self Excluded list, or in a cool down period may not be eligible for this Promotion, and DraftKings cannot contact Member. Members with a chargeback on their account are not eligible for this Promotion until such chargeback is resolved before the end of the Selection Period. Any Member who is found to be ineligible to play on DraftKings (i.e., by way of self-exclusion from gambling, restriction due to employment, fraud restriction, or otherwise) may not participate in this Promotion and immediately forfeits any bonus rewards which have been awarded under this Promotion. (4) REQUIRED ACTIONS

In addition to the eligibility requirements set forth above and in the Terms, to participate in the Promotion, Members must (1) be a registered DraftKings or GNOG customer with an active account; (2) hold a DraftKings Rewards tier status of Silver, Gold, Diamond, or Onyx; (3) receive an offer to participate in this Promotion; and (4) complete wagering on DraftKings Casino or GNOG Casino platforms (the “Qualifying Wagers”) during each Offer Week of the Promotional Period to earn a weekly Crown Cash reward for their activities.

For purposes of this Promotion, DraftKings Casino and GNOG Casino are each a “Platform” and together, the “Platforms.” 

Members must place wagers on either Platform to earn a minimum of one hundred (100) Tier Credits each week to qualify for a reward. Tier Credits earned on one Platform will not be combined with Tier Credits earned on the other Platform for purposes of satisfying the 100 Tier Credit requirement. Only wagers placed with cash from a Member’s cash balance will count toward this Promotion. Members may be eligible to earn one Weekly Bonus Reward on DraftKings Casino and one Weekly Bonus Reward on GNOG Casino during the same Offer Week. To earn a Weekly Bonus Reward on both Platforms, a customer must separately earn at least 100 Tier Credits on DraftKings Casino AND at least 100 Tier Credits on GNOG Casino during that Offer Week. 

Tier Credit accruals are subject to applicable game, wager, odds, gameplay, and Platform restrictions, and may be modified by DraftKings or GNOG, as applicable, in their sole discretion. DraftKings Casino and GNOG Tier Credit accrual rates are currently as follows: 

• Most Slots earn 1 Tier Credit for every $10 wagered (in Pennsylvania, 1 Tier Credit for every $12.50 wagered).
• Most Table Games earn 1 Tier Credit for every $50 wagered (in Pennsylvania, 1 Tier Credit for every $62.50 wagered).
• Select Table Games and Select Slots earn 1 Tier Credit for every $30 wagered (in Pennsylvania, 1 Tier Credit for every $37.50 wagered).
• Craps, Poker, Video Poker, Ball Drop, Digits, Digits NOW, and Bingo Blackjack earn 1 Tier Credit for every $90 wagered (in Pennsylvania, 1 Tier Credit for every $112.50 wagered).

In the event Members have questions related to the Tier Credit accrual rate for a particular slot, table game, and/or video poker game, contact support@draftkings.com. DraftKings and GNOG reserve the right to restrict Tier Credit accruals and Weekly Bonus Reward earnings to specific games on each Platform. Any applicable game and/or wagering restrictions will be clearly and conspicuously disclosed to participating Members.

For spend in Canadian Dollars, Tier Credits will accrue at 0.7 times the United States Dollar rates listed above. For example, Members may be eligible to receive 1 Tier Credit for every CAD$14.29 wagered on Most Slots.

(5) BONUS REWARD REDEMPTION AND LIMITATIONS

Members who complete the promotional requirements will receive a weekly reward. Weekly rewards issued as click-to-claims for Crown Cash. The value of the click-to-claim Crown Cash is determined by:
(a) Member Tier Status 
(b) Member’s net losses accrued during the week
-Net losses are defined as a Member’s total wins subtracted from a Member’s total losses each Offer Week.

Weekly reward is only rewarded if Member has earned a minimum of 100 Tier Credits AND a net loss during the Offer Week. Member’s who earn 100 Tier Credits and do not have net losses during an Offer Week, but rather net winnings during, will not receive a reward for that Offer Week. 

–CROWN CASH BONUS BACK TIERS—

Bonus Back amounts are subject to change at DraftKings’s sole discretion at any time for any reason, or no reason at all. Bonus Back only applies to Member’s in each respective tier who have met the promotional requirements. 

-Silver Tier: Members will earn 10% of net losses back up to $25 in Crown Cash, with a minimum Bonus Back payout of $1 each Offer Week. Bonus Back rewards for losses between $.01 and $5 will be rounded to the nearest $1 Crown Cash increment; and rounded to the nearest $5 Crown Cash increment for losses between $5.01 and $25. 

-Gold Tier: Members will earn 15% of net losses back up to $50 in Crown Cash, with a minimum Bonus Back payout of $5 each Offer Week. Bonus Back rewards for losses between $.01 and $50 will be rounded to the nearest $5 Crown Cash increment.

-Diamond Tier: Members will earn 20% of net losses back up to $150 in Crown Cash, with a minimum Bonus Back payout of $5 each Offer Week. Bonus Back rewards for losses between $.01 and $150 will be rounded to the nearest $5 Crown Cash increment.

-Onyx Tier: Members will earn 25% of net losses back up to $250 in Crown Cash, with a minimum Bonus Back payout of $5 each Offer Week. Bonus Back rewards for losses between $.01 and $250 will be rounded to the nearest $5 Crown Cash increment.

With the exception of Members who do not meet the promotional requirements, reward totals that fall below the minimum payout will be rounded to the minimum payout for each respective tier. Crown Cash will be credited immediately to Customers’ accounts, or in the event of technical difficulties, within 72 business hours of successfully completing the promotion requirements.

–CROWN CASH LIMITATIONS–

Crown Cash are site credits that are single-use, non-transferable, non-withdrawable, and have no cash value. Crown Cash is earned by placing fantasy contest entries, wagering on DraftKings Sportsbook and Casino, wagering on GNOG, or placing lottery ticket orders via Jackpocket (each a “”DK Platform””). Customers can choose when to use Crown Cash, but must select Crown Cash prior to placing an entry, wager, or order on a DraftKings Platform. Entry fees, wagers, and orders cannot be split between Crown Cash and cash from your cash balance in your account wallet. Crown Cash must be played or wagered 1x prior to withdrawal of any resulting winnings. For example, a customer places a wager of $5 using Crown Cash at +100 odds on Sportsbook and wins. The $5 Crown Cash stake will be converted to $5 cash, and the customer will receive $5 in winnings for a total of $10 in withdrawable cash. For fantasy contests, the Crown Cash entry fee is not returned to the customer’s account, in the same way a cash entry fee would not be returned for a fantasy contest. Crown Cash cannot be used in combination with any other promotional credits, tokens, and/or bonuses, and may not be eligible for use on all promotions, betting markets, casino games, fantasy contests, or lottery ticket orders. Crown Cash accrued from activity on DK Platforms expires on a rolling 12-month period (“Accrual Expiration,” exactly 365 days). Customers who are inactive on DK Platforms for a period of 12 consecutive months will forfeit their platform-accrued Crown Cash balance. The Accrual Expiration period will restart as soon as a customer places an entry, wager, or order with cash from their cash balance. DraftKings play, entries, wagers, and orders accrue Crown Cash at different rates, and some actions may not accrue at all. Use of Crown Cash will not restart the Accrual Expiration period. 

Crown Cash issued from a promotion will expire according to that promotion’s terms. [CROWN CASH FROM THIS PROMOTION EXPIRES [XX] DAYS ([XXX] HOURS) AFTER BEING ISSUED.] If a customer has received Crown Cash from other promotions, the Crown Cash allotment that expires first will be used first. Failure to use Crown Cash before expiration will void the reward and will not be reissued. 

Crown Cash wagers on DraftKings Casino and GNOG do not contribute to leaderboards, any type of jackpot, and cannot be used for Electric Poker. Crown Cash earned on GNOG cannot be used on DraftKings and is only available for use on GNOG Casino. (6) REGISTRATION

See DraftKings Terms of Use for information on eligibility for creating, using, and funding an interactive gaming account.

(7) LIMITS ON PARTICIPATION

Members must separately earn at least 100 Tier Credits on DraftKings Casino and at least 100 Tier Credits on GNOG Casino during each Offer Week. Tier Credits earned on one Platform will not be combined with Tier Credits earned on the other Platform for purposes of satisfying the 100 Tier Credit requirement. For example, a Member who earns 70 Tier Credits on DraftKings Casino and 80 Tier Credits on GNOG Casino would NOT qualify for a reward during that Offer Week. 

Limit one (1) offer and reward per Member per Platform per Offer Week. Reward substitutions or changes will be made in DraftKings’s sole discretion. See the Terms for information and limitations on participating on the Platforms.

The provision, duration, value, and/or revocation of Tier Credits may be modified at any time in DraftKings’ sole discretion. Tier Credits will be automatically credited to the Member’s Tier Credit balance. Tier Credits will accrue on a fractional basis; however, a Member’s Tier Credit balance will only display the total Tier Credit amount as a whole number (rounded down). Members may view their Tier Credit balance at any time on any Platform.

 (8) WAGERING RESTRICTIONS AND LIMITATIONS

Qualifying Wagers must be placed with cash from a Member’s cash balance. Wagers placed with bonus rewards (e.g., DK Dollars, GN Dollars, Casino Credits, Casino Bonus Funds, etc.) will not count toward this Promotion. Only the cash portion of wagers placed using a combination of bonus rewards and cash will count toward this Promotion.
 
Wagers placed prior to the Promotional Period will not be counted towards the Promotion and cannot be retroactively added. Wagers placed from one Offer Week do not carry over to the next Offer Week. Tier Credits earned during one Offer Week do not carry over to the next Offer Week. Qualifying Wagers and Tier Credits also cannot be retroactively added to a prior Offer Week. 

(9) ORDER OF FUNDS USED FOR WAGERING

Funds are wagered in the following order: (1) DK Dollars or GN Dollars, then (2) Cash in your cash balance.

(10) ELIGIBLE GAMES & ACTIVITIES

Eligible Games: All DraftKings Casino Games and all GNOG Casino Games. 

(11) RESTRICTIONS ON WITHDRAWAL OF FUNDS

You may withdraw funds deposited in connection with this Promotion subject to the Terms. Any money paid for wagers placed in connection with the Promotion cannot be rescinded once placed.

(12) RULES REGARDING CANCELLATION

Should you wish to cancel your participation in this promotion at any time, please contact customer experience at support@draftkings.com. Upon cancellation, you may withdraw funds deposited in connection with this Promotion subject to the Terms. Any money paid for wagers placed in connection with the Promotion cannot be rescinded placed. However, any applicable bonus rewards in the account shall be void, subject to forfeiture, and may not be transferred or withdrawn.

(14) OTHER INFORMATION

Whether a customer has committed abuse of this Promotion, or violated the Terms, will be determined by DraftKings in its sole discretion, for any reason or no reason at all. All promotions are subject to the DraftKings Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. By accepting any bonus rewards, registered customers agree to abide by the Terms. Promotional offer is subject to regulatory approval. Void where prohibited by law. DraftKings account holders are responsible for any and all local, state, or federal taxes. DraftKings is not liable for computer or program malfunctions, nor for errors in bonus rewards. DraftKings reserves the right to exclude or remove certain customers from this Promotion, as well as the right to withhold bonus rewards if you have violated or attempted to violate the Terms, including but not limited to sharing account credentials with other individuals, placing wagers on behalf of other individuals, circumventing DraftKings age and location verification procedures, and abusing the DraftKings Platform, the Services, or any bonuses, the refer-a-friend program, or any other offers or promotions, including this Promotion, in any way.

If physically located in PA, this Promotion will comply with subsection §813.3 regarding cancellation in this Promotion by a customer. If in NY, if a customer is dissatisfied with any resolution between the customer and DraftKings, the customer may then submit an inquiry with the New York State Gaming Commission.

DraftKings reserves the right to suspend, modify, and/or cancel this Promotion for any reason in its sole discretion.
