Thank you for choosing to participate in this promotion (the “Promotion”) being offered by DraftKings. By entering or participating in the Promotion you hereby agree to be bound by these Promotional terms (the “Promotion Terms”) and the Refer-a-Friend Program terms (“Program Terms”). If you do not wish to be bound by the Promotion Terms, please do not enter or participate in the Promotion. 1. DESCRIPTION
Current DraftKings Sportsbook customers can refer their friends to DraftKings Sportsbook, and when the friend links their Sportsbook and Discord accounts, both get a 100% Profit Boost!
2. DATE AND TIME OF PROMOTION
The promotional offer is valid between 06/09/2026 at 10:00 AM Eastern Time (ET) and 06/25/2026 at 10:00 AM ET (the “Promotional Period”).
3. ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for DraftKings Sportsbook and the Promotion, you must be physically located in AR, AZ, CO, CT, DC, IA, IN, KS, KY, LA (select parishes), MA, MD, ME, MI, NC, NH, NJ, OH, OR, PA, PR (residents only), TN, VA, VT, WV or WY (each an “Eligible Jurisdiction” or, collectively, the “Eligible Jurisdictions”). Must be 21+ years of age or older (18+ if in DC/KY/NH/PR/WY). Any customer who is found to be ineligible to play on DraftKings (i.e., by way of self-exclusion from gambling, restriction due to employment, or otherwise) may not participate in this Promotion and immediately forfeits any bonus rewards which have been awarded under this Promotion.
-Referrer: Current DraftKings Sportsbook customers whose DraftKings Sportsbook account is linked to their Discord account.
-Referee: New DraftKings customers, as defined below.
A new DraftKings customer is defined as a customer who has never completed any paid activity using cash—including but not limited to wagers, trades, fantasy contest entries, and lottery ticket orders—on any of the following DraftKings platforms: DraftKings Sportsbook, DraftKings Predictions, DraftKings Casino, GNOG, DraftKings Daily Fantasy, Pick6, DK Horse or Racing, and Jackpocket.
4. REQUIRED ACTIONS
In addition to the eligibility requirements set forth above and in the Terms, to participate in the Promotion:
-Referrers must (1) be a registered DraftKings Sportsbook customer with an active account, (2) opt-in by clicking the appropriate link/button within the Promotional Period; and (3) send their personal referral link to a prospective DraftKings customer (the “Referee”). Referrers must opt-in to the offer before sharing their personal referral link with Referee.
-Referees must (1) be a new DraftKings customer, as defined above, (2) click on the Referrer’s personal referral link and successfully complete registration of a new DraftKings Sportsbook account, and (3) successfully link their new DraftKings Sportsbook account to their Discord account.
HOW TO LINK SPORTSBOOK ACCOUNT TO DISCORD ACCOUNT:
To link your DraftKings Sportsbook account to a Discord account, customers must (i) navigate to their DraftKings profile, (ii) select “Linked Accounts” from the list of profile settings displayed, (iii) on the following page click the “Discord” button, (iv) complete the Discord login information or create a Discord account to be linked, and (v) confirm the agreement to link accounts and information between DraftKings and Discord by clicking the “Authorize” button.
5. BONUS REWARD REDEMPTION AND LIMITATIONS
Upon Referrer’s and Referee’s completion of the Promotion requirements, each of Referrer and Referee will receive one (1) 100% Profit Boost Token (the “Token”). Referee must link their new DraftKings Sportsbook account to their Discord account for Referrer and Referee to receive a reward. Token will boost Qualifying Bet profit 100%. The maximum additional winnings a customer can receive from the Profit Boost is limited to $275. See Section 8 Wagering Restrictions and Limitations for Qualifying Bet details.
Profit Boost Token will be credited to customers’ accounts immediately upon meeting the Promotion requirements, or in the event of technical difficulties, within 72 business hours.
PROFIT BOOST LIMITATIONS
Profit Boost Tokens are single-use and have no cash value. Token must be applied BEFORE placing bet. Profit boost is calculated on and only applies to net winnings (total payout less Qualifying Bet amount). Subject to any maximum bet limitations, there are no restrictions on the funds a customer will receive if their bet wins. Profit Boosts may not be combined with other bonus rewards and may not be eligible for use on all promotions and/or betting markets. Token expires seven (7) days (168 hours) after issuance.
When customers successfully enter and complete the Promotion requirements, they will receive notice by app push, in-app bell notification, app pop, or email.
6. REGISTRATION
See DraftKings Terms of Use for information on eligibility for creating, using, and funding an interactive gaming account.
7. LIMITS ON PARTICIPATION
Limit five (5) referrals per Referrer. Referrers can receive a max. total of five (5) Profit Boost rewards for five (5) referrals. Reward substitutions or changes will be made in DraftKings’s sole discretion. See DraftKings Sportsbook Terms of Use for information and limitations on wagering.
8. WAGERING RESTRICTIONS AND LIMITATIONS
Profit Boost Token valid only for bets on an available DraftKings Sportsbook market (the “Qualifying Bet”). Qualifying Bet must be placed using cash from your cash balance. Maximum $25 Qualifying Bet. The maximum additional winnings a customer can receive from the Profit Boost is limited to $275.
9. ORDER OF FUNDS USED FOR WAGERING
Funds are wagered in the following order: (i) DK Dollars, then (ii) Cash in your cash balance.
10. ELIGIBLE GAMES
Promotion Eligible Games: Profit Boost Token valid for any available market on DraftKings Sportsbook.
11. RESTRICTIONS ON WITHDRAWAL OF FUNDS
You may withdraw funds deposited in connection with this Promotion subject to the Terms. Any wager placed on DraftKings Sportsbook in connection with the Promotion cannot be rescinded once it has been placed. Subject to any play-through restrictions in connection with a promotion, funds earned from winnings may be withdrawn at any time.
12. RULES REGARDING CANCELLATION
Should you wish to cancel your participation in this promotion at any time, please contact customer experience at sportsbook@draftkings.com. Upon cancellation, you may withdraw any remaining funds deposited in connection with this promotion subject to the Terms. Any wager placed on DraftKings Sportsbook in connection with the promotion cannot be rescinded once it has been placed. However, any applicable bonus rewards in your account shall be void, subject to forfeiture, and may not be transferred or withdrawn.
13. RESPONSIBLE GAMING

14. OTHER INFORMATION
Whether a customer has committed abuse of this Promotion, or violated the Terms, will be determined by DraftKings in its sole discretion, for any reason or no reason at all. All promotions are subject to the DraftKings Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. By accepting any bonus rewards, registered customers agree to abide by the Terms. Promotional offer is subject to regulatory approval. Void where prohibited by law. DraftKings account holders are responsible for any and all local, state, or federal taxes. DraftKings is not liable for computer or program malfunctions, nor for errors in bonus rewards. DraftKings reserves the right to exclude or remove certain customers from this Promotion, as well as the right to withhold bonus rewards if you have violated or attempted to violate the Terms, including but not limited to sharing account credentials with other individuals, placing wagers on behalf of other individuals, circumventing DraftKings age and location verification procedures, and abusing the DraftKings Platform, the Services, or any bonuses, the refer-a-friend program, or any other offers or promotions, including this Promotion, in any way.
If physically located in PA, this Promotion will comply with subsection §813.3 regarding cancellation in this Promotion by a customer.
