Will Cameron Payne bets be refunded after injury during 76ers vs. Pistons on 4/4/26?

76ers guard Cameron Payne won’t return to Saturday’s game against the Pistons after suffering a right hamstring strain in the first half.

Before exiting, he recorded two points, three rebounds, and one assist in nine minutes off the bench.

Thankfully for Payne prop backers, because he left the game in the first half, DraftKings’ new Early Exit program is in effect. Anyone who made a single bet on Payne will receive cash credits. As for parlays, the remaining legs of your parlay will remain open, and the odds of your parlay will be recalculated excluding the leg that qualifies for Early Exit.
