There will be a big ten game slate tonight, tipping off at 7 PM EST with the Lakers visiting the Pistons, and concluding at 10:30 PM EST with the Bucks visiting the Clippers.
There are plenty of opportunities to get involved in the action this evening. One of the more unique features on DraftKings this year is Pick6 Fantasy Basketball!
This article will look at my top Pick6 plays for tonight’s slate. We simply choose whether a player will record more or less of the set statistic. Here are my favorite plays for tonight’s action.
Luka Doncic More Than 32.5 Points
Doncic looks absolutely unstoppable lately, posting a ridiculous 38.7 PPG with 8.7 RPG and 7.4 APG in his last ten games. The Lakers are 9-1 during this stretch and it’s difficult to not win games when they’re getting this level of offensive output from one of the league’s deadliest offensive weapons. Despite the Pistons’ elite defense, which is currently the second most efficient defense in the league with 108.8 DEFRTG, Doncic is matchup proof and will look to continue his blitz tonight as he looks to maintain the Lakers’ third seed in the West, just 2.5 games ahead of the fourth seed Rockets.

Brandon Ingram More Than 21.5 Points
The Jazz have recently moved up one spot past the Wizards in the race for the worst defense. Utah’s posting 120.4 DEFRTG on the season, which bodes well for Ingram’s outlook tonight. Ingram is looking to bounce back after a bad six point performance against the Suns, which has been uncharacteristic for the veteran wing this season as he made his second All-Star appearance of his career. Ingram is averaging 21.6 PPG on 47.2% shooting. He’s cleared 21.5 in just two out of his last five games, but two of those were big 34 and 36 point nights in which he was able to find buckets against much tougher defenses than the Jazz.

Desmond Bane More Than 21.5 Points
Bane has looked solid in his first season with the Magic, largely replicating what he’s done in the past with 20.4 PPG off .487/.390/.926 shooting splits. On paper, he was brought in to be an efficient third option and floor spacer for this team, the latter of which Orlando desperately needed. Despite his efficiency from beyond the arc, Bane is curiously only taking 5.3 3PA this season. He’s taken as many as 8.6 during his Memphis years, so it’s odd why he’s shifted his shot diet to take fewer threes, especially when he’s as accurate as he is.
Regardless, Indiana is a soft matchup that is posting a 118 DEFRTG on the season. I’m expecting Bane to be able to find his shot consistently against the Pacers and eclipse 21.5 points.
