Will Dominick Barlow bets be refunded after injury during 76ers vs. Jazz on 3/21/26?

Philadelphia 76ers forward Dominick Barlow suffered an ankle injury during the first half of Saturday’s game against the Utah Jazz. He left the game and won’t return.

Thankfully for Barlow prop backers, because he left the game in the first half, DraftKings’ new Early Exit program is in effect. Anyone who made a single bet on Barlow will receive cash credits. As for parlays, the remaining legs of your parlay will remain open, and the odds of your parlay will be recalculated excluding the leg that qualifies for Early Exit.
