Thank you for choosing to participate in the Dynasty offer (“Promotion”) being offered by
DraftKings. By entering or participating in the Promotion you hereby agree to be bound by these
Promotion terms (the “Promotion Terms”). If you do not wish to be bound by the Promotion
Terms, please do not enter or participate in the Promotion. If you have any questions regarding

PROMOTION AND ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
The promotional offer is valid between 1/3/2026 at 3:00 AM Eastern Time (ET) and 1/3/2027 at
2:59 AM ET (the “Promotional Period”). Members must be physically located in an Eligible
Jurisdiction and attained the appropriate age to participate in this Promotion. Eligible
Jurisdictions (each an “Eligible Jurisdiction” or, collectively, the “Eligible Jurisdictions”):
-Daily Fantasy: Must be physically located in most US states, select jurisdictions in Canada.
Must be 18+ years of age or older (19+ in NE, AL) (21+ in AZ, IA, LA (select parishes), MA, and
VA). Paid contests not available while physically located in HI, ID, LA (select parishes), MT, NV,
OR, or WA.
-Pick6: Must be physically located in a jurisdiction in which DraftKings Pick6 operates (Most US
states; select jurisdictions in Canada – see https://pick6.draftkings.com/where-is-pick6-available)
. Must be 18+ years of age or older (19+ AL/NE, 21+ AZ/MA/VA).
-Sportsbook: Must be physically located in AR, AZ, CO, CT, DC, IA, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MA,
MD, ME, MI, MO, NC, NH, NJ, NY, OH, OR, PA, PR (resident only), TN, VA, WY, WV or CA-
ONT. Must be 21+ years of age or older (18+ in DC/KY/NH/PR/WY) (19+ in CA-ONT).
-Casino: Must be physically located in CT, MI, NJ, PA, WV or CA-ONT. Must be 21+ years of
age or older (19+ in CA-ONT).
-DK Horse: Must be a resident of AZ, CA, CO, FL, IL, IN, IA, KY, LA, MA, MD, ME, MN, MT,
NH, NY, OR, OH, PA, VA, WA, WV, and WY. Must be 18+ years of age or older (21+
AZ/IA/WA).
To be eligible for this Promotion, customers must (1) have a valid DraftKings account; (2)
receive an invitation to participate in this promotion; and (3) obtain Diamond or Onyx status.
This offer is only valid for the intended recipient and customers who receive this offer via an
email forward, screenshot, or other means shall not be eligible
BONUS REWARD REDEMPTION
Upon obtaining either Diamond or Onyx status, customers will receive one (1) $100 credit for
DK Shop (“Bonus Reward”). The Bonus Reward will be assigned to an eligible customer’s
account within 30 days of obtaining either Diamond or Onyx Status. Once the Bonus Reward is
assigned, eligible customers must click the “Claim” button on the offer card in the promo
carousel within 30 days (720 hours) of assignment to redeem the offer. Failure to redeem the
offer within those 30 days will void the reward.
Upon clicking the “Claim Now” button, a unique promo code will be sent via email to the email
address associated with the customer’s DraftKings account and made available via a bell
notification within the DraftKings app.
Customers will receive one (1) $100 credit for obtaining Diamond status and one (1) $100 credit
for obtaining Onyx status, for a maximum reward of $200 in credit for DK Shop. Each status tier
may only be rewarded once per customer during the Promotional Period. If a customer already
holds Onyx status at the start of the Promotional Period, the customer will only receive one (1)
$100 DK Shop credit for Onyx status and will not be eligible to receive an additional reward for
Diamond status.
BONUS REWARD LIMITATIONS
DK Shop credit is issued as a unique promo code that customers must enter at checkout.
Customers will receive the promo code via email to the email address associated with the
customer’s DraftKings account. Each customer will be notified when they have received a
reward by (1) a bell notification (this is a notification that displays as a bell icon on the home
page of the DraftKings Sportsbook app and website that can be clicked on to view short
confirmation copy and terms) and/or (2) an automatically triggered email if the customer
successfully entered the Promotion and completed the promotion requirements. DK Shop
credits are non-transferable, non-withdrawable, and have no cash value. Promo code valid for
one year after issuance. Failure to use the promo code before expiration will void the reward.
DK Shop credit will not be replaced if it expires or is lost. If the full value of the DK Shop credit is
not used before expiration, it will be forfeited. There are no product exclusions. DK Shop credit
valid only for use on www.shopdraftkings.com.
GENERAL TERMS
Limit one (1) redemption per customer per eligible Status tier. Customers who are existing Onyx
status members are limited to a single reward. Reward substitutions or changes will be made in
DraftKings’s sole discretion. See DraftKings Sportsbook Terms of Use for information and
limitations on wagering. Each customer will be notified when they have received an award by (1)
a bell notification (this is a notification that displays as a bell icon on the home page of the
DraftKings Sportsbook app and website that can be clicked on to view short confirmation copy
and terms) and/or (2) an automatically triggered email if the customer successfully entered the
promotion and completed the promotion requirements. Whether a customer has committed
abuse of this Promotion, violated the Promotion Terms or DraftKings Terms of Use, will be
determined by DraftKings in its sole discretion, for any reason or no reason at all. Should you
wish to cancel your participation in this promotion at any time, please contact customer
experience at sportsbook@draftkings.com. Upon cancellation, you may withdraw any remaining
funds deposited in connection with this promotion subject to DraftKings Terms of Use. Any
wager placed on DraftKings Sportsbook in connection with the promotion cannot be rescinded
once it has been placed. However, any applicable bonus rewards in your account shall be void,
subject to forfeiture, and may not be transferred or withdrawn. All promotions are subject to the
DraftKings Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. By accepting any bonus rewards, registered
customers agree to abide by the terms and conditions of this Promotion. Promotional offer is
subject to regulatory approval. Void where prohibited by law. DraftKings account holders are
responsible for any and all local, state, or federal taxes. DraftKings is not liable for computer or
program malfunctions, nor for errors in bonus rewards. DraftKings reserves the right to exclude
or remove certain customers from this Promotion, as well as the right to withhold bonus rewards
if you have violated or attempted to violate the Promotion Terms or DraftKings Terms of Use,
including but not limited to sharing account credentials with other individuals, placing wagers on
behalf of other individuals, circumventing DraftKings age and location verification procedures,
and abusing the DraftKings Platform, the Services, or any bonuses, the refer-a-friend program,
or any other offers or promotions, including this Promotion, in any way.
If physically located in PA, this Promotion will comply with subsection §813.3 regarding
cancellation in this Promotion by a customer. If in NY, if a customer is dissatisfied with any
resolution between the customer and DraftKings, the customer may then submit an inquiry with
the New York State Gaming Commission.
