There’ll be nine games on the slate tonight, tipping off at 7 PM EST between the Warriors and the Celtics and concluding with a rematch of the Lakers visiting the Rockets at 9:30 PM EST.
There are plenty of opportunities to get involved in the action this evening. One of the more unique features on DraftKings this year is Pick6 Fantasy Basketball!
This article will look at my top Pick6 plays for tonight’s slate. We simply choose whether a player will record more or less of the set statistic. Here are my favorite plays for tonight’s action.
Julius Randle More Than 24.5 Points
Minnesota will be without Anthony Edwards for the foreseeable future, which means that Randle will take over the lion’s share of the offense on this team. Last night, he had 32 points against the Suns while shooting 58.8% from the field. Tonight’s matchup will be much softer, as he’ll take on the Jazz, who currently field the worst defense in the league. Without any of their frontcourt size such as Lauri Markkanen, Walker Kessler, and Jaren Jackson Jr., they have little to dissuade Randle from paint touches and free trips to the line.

Luka Doncic Less Than 7.5 Assists
Doncic only had four assists in Monday’s win against Houston, and tonight’s rematch will be similar. Houston is allowing just 24.5 opponent APG, which is second in the NBA. Doncic does, however, have a huge baseline with 8.5 APG this season, but the Rockets have long defenders at almost every position and will force Luka into beating them by himself, which he actually did on March 16thth. Doncic popped off last contest with 36 points on 51.9% shooting from the field, but ultimately wasn’t able to rack up as many assists as he usually does. I’m expecting this to be the case again tonight.

Josh Giddey Less Than 9.5 Assists
This line is leaning hard into Giddey’s recent heater, which has included six double-digit assist nights in seven games and five triple doubles. He’s been an absolute machine lately, but Toronto’s a difficult problem to solve. The Raptors are holding their opponents to 24.5 APG, which is the third fewest in the league. They’re keeping the ball in front of them and rotating early, using their length to bother defenders. The Raptors have the seventh best DEFRTG in the NBA with 112.1, and will make things tough for Giddey to continue his double double streak tonight. Giddey’s averaging 8.9 APG on the season.
