fully and unconditionally bound by these 3.16.26 Barstool Sports Bonus Bet Giveaway
Sweepstakes Official Rules (these “Official Rules”), the DraftKings General Rules (the
“General Rules”), and the decisions of Sponsor, whose decisions shall be final and
binding in all respects, and you agree to fully and unconditionally waive any right to
claim ambiguity in the Sweepstakes, the Official Rules, or the General Rules. The
General Rules are attached as Exhibit A to these Official Rules and are incorporated
herein by reference.
Entry Period: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 P.M. on March 16, 2026 and ends at
11:59:59 P.M. on March 19, 2026 (the “Entry Period”). Prevailing Eastern Time shall
control for all purposes of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor’s computer shall be the official
clock for all purposes of the Sweepstakes.
Disclaimer: As a condition of participating in the Sweepstakes, you agree and
acknowledge that X Corp. and its owners, directors, officers, employees, contractors,
agents, representatives, parents, subsidiaries, attorneys, insurers, and associated
corporations and entities (collectively, the “Social Media Platform”) are not sponsors of
the Sweepstakes nor do they endorse or administer the Sweepstakes, nor are they in
any way associated with the Sweepstakes. All questions regarding the Sweepstakes
must be directed to Sponsor, not the Social Media Platform. You also agree that as a
condition of participating in the Sweepstakes, you shall release the Social Media
Platform from any and all liability arising out of or relating to your entry, creation of an
entry, submission of an entry, participation in the Sweepstakes, acceptance, use, or
misuse of any prize, or the broadcast, exploitation, or use of an entry.
Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open only to individual legal residents of the United
States who, at the time of entry into the Sweepstakes and winner selection: (i) are
physically located in a Participating State; (ii) are at least twenty one (21) years of age;
(iii) have a valid public account on X (formerly known as Twitter); (iv) are not voluntarily
or involuntarily excluded (including self-exclusion) from play on any DraftKings platform;
(v) are not included on any jurisdiction-wide gaming or daily fantasy sports exclusion list;
(vi) are not temporarily or permanently banned from playing on any DraftKings website
or mobile application; (vii) maintain any DraftKings accounts in good standing; (viii)
satisfy all other requirements contained herein; and (ix) at all times abide by these
Official Rules and the General Rules. Participating State(s), as first defined above,
excludes any parish in Louisiana where a majority of the qualified electors in the parish
have not voted for the proposition to authorize sports wagering activities. DraftKings
reserves the right during the Entry Period to add or remove any Participating State(s) or
jurisdictions, including specific parishes from eligibility, provided that in the event any
such additional Participating State(s) are added, participants from such additional
Participating State(s) or jurisdictions, including specific parishes, shall be required to
comply with these Official Rules. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and each
of its respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, advertising, public
relations, and promotional agencies, the judges, and members of each of their
immediate families (i.e. spouses, parents, children, and siblings, and their respective
spouses) and those living in the same household of each of the foregoing are not eligible
to enter the Sweepstakes.
How To Enter: There is only one (1) method of entry for the Sweepstakes. To enter the
Sweepstakes during the Entry Period, you must: (i) “follow” both the @DKSportsbook
and @StoolGambling accounts on X (formerly known as Twitter); (ii) “repost” the
@StoolGambling post on X (formerly known as Twitter) referencing the Sweepstakes
which will be posted by the @StoolGambling X account, and reposted by the
@DKSportsbook account, on or around 12:00 P.M. Easter Time on March 16, 2026 (the
“Sweepstakes Post”); and (iii) “reply” to the Sweepstakes Post with your favorite
underdog selection for the first round of the 2026 college basketball national
championship. All three (3) steps must be completed for proper entry into the
Sweepstakes. Any entry received outside of the Entry Period or that does not follow the
preceding steps, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, will be deemed
ineligible. To become a registered user of X (formerly known as Twitter), visit
www.x.com and follow the onscreen instructions to sign up for an account. Entrant’s
account must be set to public at the time of entry and until the conclusion of the Entry
Period, as an entry with a private account setting may not be captured. Becoming a
registered user of X (formerly known as Twitter) is free. To “follow” @DKSportsbook and
@StoolGambling on X (formerly known as Twitter), login to your X (formerly known as
Twitter) account and select “search” from the toolbar at the top of the homepage.
When the search box appears, enter “@DKSportsbook” and click on the “search”
button. Select “follow” when the @DKSportsbook icon appears. Then select “search”
from the toolbar at the top of the homepage, and when the search box appears, enter
“@StoolGambling” and click on the “search” button. Select “follow” when the
@StoolGambling icon appears. To “repost” the Sweepstakes Post, select the “Repost”
icon (two arrows forming a square) below the Sweepstakes Post. When the menu
appears, choose “Repost.” Entrants will know the Sweepstakes Post has been reposted
when the icon appears highlighted and the Sweepstakes Post appears in the Entrant’s
own X (formerly known as Twitter) timeline. To “reply” to the Sweepstakes Post, click
the “comment” button underneath the Sweepstakes Post, type your comment in the
text box, and click the “arrow” icon next to your comment to post the reply. Normal
Internet access, phone, and usage charges imposed by your online or phone service
may apply. In the event you are entering via a mobile device and using your wireless
carrier’s network, standard data charges from your wireless carrier may apply.
Limit: one (1) entry per person. Anyone found to be using multiple X (formerly known as
Twitter) accounts to enter the Sweepstakes, violating the Social Media Platform’s terms of
service, or submitting multiple reposts or replies will be deemed ineligible for the
Sweepstakes, and all of their entries may be deemed void. Automated and/or third-party
entries are prohibited and will be disqualified. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share
the same email address or X (formerly known as Twitter) account. Any attempt by any
entrant to obtain entries by using multiple and/or different identities, forms, registrations,
addresses, or any other method will void all of such entrant’s entries, and such entrant may
be disqualified at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor shall not be liable for any problems that
occur during the entry process, including, without limitation, late, incomplete, delayed,
undelivered, misdirected, or invalid entries, and Sponsor shall not have any obligation to
advise an entrant of a late, incomplete, delayed, undelivered, misdirected, or invalid
submission or entry. No illegible, incomplete, forged, or altered entries will be accepted.
Proof of “following,” “reposting” and/or “replying” to the Sweepstakes Post does not
constitute proof of receipt or entry into the Sweepstakes. All entries become the exclusive
property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. In the event of a dispute as
to the identity of an entrant, the authorized account holder of the email address associated
with the X (formerly known as Twitter) account used to enter will be deemed to be the
proper entrant. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email
address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, Internet service provider or
other organization (which may include an employer) responsible for assigning email
addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential winners may be
required to show proof of being the authorized X (formerly known as Twitter) account
holder. Entries specifying an invalid, non-working, or inactive email address may be
disqualified and ineligible to win.
Prizes and Odds of Winning: Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries
received during the Entry Period. Subject to verification of eligibility and compliance
with these Official Rules and the General Rules, five (5) winners of the Sweepstakes will
each receive one (1) ONE THOUSAND DOLLAR ($1,000) Bonus Bet to be used on the
online DraftKings Sportsbook (each, a “Prize” and collectively, the “Prizes”).
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each Prize: $1,000
Total Maximum Aggregate ARV of the Prizes: $5,000
Prize Restrictions: The Prize will be delivered to each winner via one (1) Bonus Bet “token”
deposited into the winner’s online DraftKings Sportsbook account. Each winner must have
an online DraftKings Sportsbook account to receive the Prize. In the event that a winner
does not have an existing online DraftKings Sportsbook account, the winner may create an
online DraftKings Sportsbook account at https://sportsbook.draftkings.com by clicking the
“Join” button. Creating an online DraftKings Sportsbook account is free. For clarity, the
Bonus Bet is only valid for a single bet of ONE THOUSAND U.S. DOLLARS ($1,000). Bonus
Bets are single-use, non-transferable, non-withdrawable, and have no cash value. The
Bonus Bet is valid for seven (7) calendar days, and such seven (7) calendar day period is
measured as one hundred sixty-eight (168) hours from the time the Bonus Bet is credited to
the winner’s online DraftKings Sportsbook account. Winner(s) can choose when to use
Bonus Bets and must select the Bonus Bet in their bet slip before placing a wager. Failure by
a winner to use their Bonus Bet before expiration will void the Prize. Payouts generated
from the wagering of a Bonus Bet will be transferred to the winner’s cash balance of their
online DraftKings Sportsbook account, and do not include the Bonus Bet stake. By way of
example, and for illustrative purposes only, in the event one (1) FIFTY U.S. DOLLAR ($50)
Bonus Bet is placed at +100 odds and wins, only the profit of FIFTY U.S. DOLLARS ($50) will
be credited to the winner’s online DraftKings Sportsbook account. Bonus Bets may not be
combined with other bonus rewards and may not be eligible for use on all promotions
and/or betting markets. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in these
Official Rules, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute the Prize with
an equivalent prize of equal or greater value. All applicable federal, state, and local taxes,
and all fees and expenses related to acceptance and use of the Prize not specifically stated
herein are the sole responsibility of the winner(s). Sponsor is not liable for computer,
internet, or program malfunctions, nor for errors in a Prize. Sponsor will not replace a Prize
in the event it is lost or stolen. Sponsor is not responsible for any delay or cancellation of
Prize delivery due to unforeseen circumstances or circumstances outside of its control. The
winner may only use the Bonus Bet when physically located in a Participating State. The
Bonus Bet is subject to the online DraftKings Sportsbook Terms of Use for the applicable
Participating State in which you are using the Bonus Bet in, as well as the DraftKings
Sportsbook Betting Agreement available at

restrictions, conditions, and limitations may apply.
Selection of Winner: On or about March 20, 2026, Sponsor will randomly select the
potential winners from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The potential
winners will be notified by Sponsor within a reasonable period of time after the
drawing. Sponsor will notify the potential winners by direct message via X (formerly
known as Twitter) to the account used to enter the Sweepstakes. Potential winner may
be required to verify identity and respond with their online DraftKings Sportsbook
account information to claim the Prize. A valid online DraftKings Sportsbook account is
required to receive the Prize. In the event a potential winner cannot be contacted or
does not respond within twelve (12) hours, an alternate potential winner may be
selected.
