What happened to Alex Caruso, Isaiah Hartenstein? Live injury updates for Thunder vs. Knicks on Wednesday 3/4/26

Oklahoma City’s Alex Caruso and Isaiah Hartenstein both exited Wednesday’s win over the Knicks in the third quarter due to injuries.

Alex Caruso exited with a hip contusion, replaced by Aaron Wiggins after landing hard on an attempted offensive board.

Hartenstein was replaced by Jaylin Williams due to calf tightness, though there’s been no mention of when or how the injury occured.

Prior to exiting, Caruso contributed three points, four rebounds, an assist, and two steals in 12 minutes of action off the bench. Hartenstein put up five rebounds and two assists in 17 minutes.

Caruso has missed 21 games this season while Hartenstein was out for 28 contests.

If Caruso is out for an extended period of time, Aaron Wiggins would likely be the biggest beneficiary, while Jaylin Williams would see an uptick in playing time if Hartenstein is sidelined.

Oklahoma City next plays on Saturday against the Warriors.
