Best Stefon Diggs prop bets for Patriots vs. Texans on Sunday 1/18/26

Stefon Diggs and the Patriots get exactly what they want on Sunday: a matchup with a hot Texans team that will sharpen their blades for a deep playoff run. It’s a revenge game of sorts for Diggs, who joined the Patriots after the Texans let him walk after one season in Houston. Guys like him love lining up across from the best of the best, and he’ll go head-to-head with Derek Stingley Jr. all night long.

Below, I’ll go over my favorite Stefon Diggs prop to consider from this contest on DraftKings Sportsbook.

Stefon Diggs Under 49.5 Receiving Yards (-115)

Diggs is projected as the leading receiver in this game, which should tell you that the oddsmakers expect a rock fight. Both defenses have been great all season long, and Houston has a serious argument for the best in the league. The pass rushers will be in Drake Maye’s face all night long. As if that wasn’t enough, the Texans have an excellent secondary that makes big plays and crunching tackles.

Derek Stingley Jr. has the name recognition in this secondary, but the group is deep on talent. Jalen Pitre has been a movable chess piece who can line up deep in the backfield or move up as a nickel corner. Calen Bullock loves to move downhill from the safety position to deliver big hits and break up passes. But Kamari Lassiter is the star hiding in plain sight.

Being the corner opposite a big-name star like Stingley Jr. comes with pressure. Teams don’t target Stingley Jr. in zone, leaving them to run at Lassiter instead. The second-year man does not take the disrespect lightly.

New England will try to move Diggs around the formation to keep this Houston secondary on its toes. But that won’t matter. Move him off Stingley and you find Lassiter. Move him to the slot and Pitre is waiting there for you. If Houston sees a matchup it doesn’t like, help is coming over the top. It’s not going to be a fun day for New England receivers, and Diggs has a big red target on his back. Don’t count on Diggs to pop off against his former team.
