Opening odds for Bills vs. Broncos in 2026 AFC Divisional Round

Updated:

By: Brendan O'Sullivan

The first AFC Divisional Round matchup is set as the Broncos will host the Bills in the No. 1 vs. No. 6 matchup.

Denver earned a first-round bye after finishing the regular season with a 14-3 record. It’s the first time the Broncos won the AFC West since 2015, the year they won the Super Bowl. This is a much different squad, of course, as Bo Nix leads the offense under center.

Buffalo is a usual playoff contender but has fallen short year after year. This is the eighth playoff appearance in nine years for Buffalo, but it’s only reached the AFC Championship game twice. This is another uphill battle for the Bills, who will be on the road for the rest of the postseason.

The Bills upset the Jaguars 27-24 in the Wild Card Round, with Josh Allen scoring the go-ahead touchdown with a minute remaining. Meanwhile, the Broncos enjoyed their bye, awaiting for matchups to finalize.

Here are the opening odds on DraftKings Sportsbook for Bills vs. Broncos in the AFC Divisional Round.
