The NFL’s Wild Card Weekend continues on Sunday afternoon, starting with an AFC matchup between the Buffalo Bills and the Jacksonville Jaguars at EverBank Stadium.
The Jaguars (13–4) captured the AFC South crown and will attempt to make their first Super Bowl appearance in franchise history. But first, they’ll have to down the Josh Allen-led Bills (12–5) — leaning on a backfield powered by Trevor Lawrence and running back Travis Etienne Jr.
Kickoff is set for 1 p.m. ET. Jacksonville enters as a slight 1.5-point home favorite, while Buffalo sits as a +102 underdog. The game’s total is set at 51.5 points.
Ahead of the Wild Card matchup between the Bills and Jaguars, here’s my favorite Travis Etienne Jr. prop bet on DraftKings Sportsbook.
Best Travis Etienne Jr. Prop Bet for Bills vs. Jaguars
Best Bet: Travis Etienne Jr. Anytime Touchdown (-145)
After sharing the backfield with Tank Bigsby last season, Travis Etienne Jr. reestablished himself as Jacksonville’s premier running back in 2025. The former Clemson standout handled 260 carries for 1,107 yards and seven touchdowns. He also became Trevor Lawrence’s top end zone target, leading the Jaguars with six receiving scores.
Etienne looks poised to punch in a touchdown on Sunday afternoon, especially when considering Buffalo’s nonexistent rush defense. The Bills allowed the NFL’s fifth-most rushing yards on the third-highest yards per carry (5.1) — and their 24 opponent rushing touchdowns tied the Cowboys for a league high.
Buffalo surrendered seven rushes for 40-plus yards, the most in the NFL, including this 81-yard house call from Atlanta’s Bijan Robinson:
Meanwhile, Buffalo boasts one of the NFL’s top pass defenses and allowed the fewest passing yards in the league during the regular season. The Bills’ pass rush will be gunning for Lawrence, while their secondary should be blanketing Jacksonville’s receivers.
The Jaguars’ path to victory is on the ground. Expect Etienne to garner a heavy workload and find the end zone for the 14th time this season.
