We’ve finally made it: the last Sunday of the 2025-26 NFL regular season. Week 18 offers up a 13-game, 26-team featured DFS slate. That makes this one of the final chances for managers to build their fantasy football lineups.
Which players are underpriced heading into this weekend’s matchups? Here are three value plays to consider before Sunday’s NFL action kicks off.

RB Kareem Hunt, Kansas City Chiefs at LV ($4,700)
Few teams have less to play for this weekend than the Chiefs, who will be without Patrick Mahomes (knee). Chris Oladokun ($4,500) will get the nod at quarterback, casting doubts over Kansas City’s ability to put up points. Unsurprisingly, starting running back Isiah Pacheco (rest) is questionable to suit up this weekend. Should he sit, RB2 Kareem Hunt is poised for a larger workload than usual. Through 16 games this season, the veteran has recorded 597 rushing yards and nine touchdowns. In addition, he’s caught 15 passes for 122 yards.
It’s difficult to have much confidence in Oladokun’s ability to lead this KC offense. After all, the team has scored a combined 22 points over its previous two outings. However, the Raiders are equally bad on both sides of the ball. In this potential tank-off, there should be more room for the Chiefs to operate on offense. That’s especially true on the ground; Las Vegas has allowed the tenth-most fantasy points to opposing running backs. In a weekend slate filled with uncertainty, Hunt feels like one of the safer low-cost options on the board.
QB Tanner McKee, Philadelphia Eagles vs. WAS ($4,500)
The Eagles have no shot at securing a first-round bye next weekend. As a result, head coach Nick Sirianni has opted to rest most of his best players. That includes quarterback Jalen Hurts; stepping in on Sunday will be second-year pro Tanner McKee. The Stanford alum hasn’t done much at the NFL level so far. However, he did impress this summer in the preseason. During his only career start in 2024, vs. the Giants, McKee threw for 269 yards and two touchdowns.
A similar performance would make Philly’s backup an absolute steal at his current price. Fortunately for McKee, Sunday presents a golden opportunity to stretch the field. Washington’s secondary is a mess, giving up 7.8 yards per pass attempt. That’s tied for the worst mark in all of football this season. Unsurprisingly, the Commanders have surrendered the third-most fantasy points to opposing quarterbacks. With each side sending out second and third-stringers, there’s a good chance this game remains close. That should allow McKee to keep slinging it well into the fourth quarter.
WR Darius Slayton, New York Giants vs. DAL ($4,100)
We’ll stay in the NFC East for our final pick, a snoozer between the Giants and Cowboys. There’s far more intrigue for New York in this one, as a win would tank its potential draft capital. Still, don’t expect quarterback Jaxson Dart ($5,700) to take it easy on Sunday. The rookie has impressed all season, and a date with Dallas’ atrocious defense could end things on a high note. Big Blue will be shorthanded on offense, with leading receiver Wan’Dale Robinson (ribs) already ruled out. As a result, expect more work than usual for fellow wideout Darius Slayton.
New York’s veteran pass catcher is, if nothing else, a pro’s pro. This current Giants receiving room is a rag-tag, unproven bunch otherwise. Still, the potential for big plays is there against the Cowboys. Dallas has coughed up the most fantasy points to opposing receivers this season. Brian Schottenheimer’s crew even made Russell Wilson look good back in Week 2. Now, Dart will take the reigns for what could be a high-scoring affair. Slayton has garnered an 80% snap share in each of his last three appearances, all of which came with Robinson active. Now, he’s poised for an even greater workload against a vulnerable secondary.
