Dak Prescott leads the league with 4,482 passing yards, while Prescott and Bo Nix have attempted the most passes (589). Drake Maye has the highest completion percentage at 71.7%, while Matthew Stafford has thrown the most touchdowns (42). Geno Smith has thrown the most interceptions (17), while Smith and Cam Ward have taken the most sacks (55). Stafford has completed the most passes over 20 yards (68) while Sam Darnold and Prescott lead the league with 12 completed passes over 40 yards. Finally, Stafford has the longest completion at 88 yards.
Here are my favorite QB/WR stacks for Week 18.

5. Shedeur Sanders ($4,900) & Jerry Jeudy ($4,100), Browns at Bengals
I just puked in my mouth but this stack is cheap and there is upside. Sanders has failed to put up at least 14 FPTS in all but one game this season, with two of those in the single digits. He’s thrown at least one interception in all but one contest with multi-interception games in each of the last three games. That said, back in Week 14, he lit up the Titans for 37.5 FPTS. Tennesse has allowed the sixth-highest EPA per dropback on defense. Well, Sanders gets another soft matchup in this one, as the Bengals have the fourth-highest EPA per dropback. The 33 touchdowns allowed are tied for the most. Cincinnati will also likely be putting points up on offense, which could keep Sanders aggressive.
The main targets for Sanders have been the tight ends, especially Harold Fannin Jr., but both he and David Njoku are questionable. If they are out, then Jerry Jeudy will likely see the bulk of the targets. In that Week 14 game, Fannin garnered 11 targets but Jeudy received five, hauling in three for 76 yards and a touchdown.
4. Matthew Stafford ($6,900) & Puka Nacua ($9,000), Rams vs. Cardinals
Stafford had been humming but hit a roadblock in Week 17, as he threw three interceptions. The Rams don’t have much motivation for this one as they are advancing to the playoffs, but they could get the fifth seed instead of the sixth. More importantly, Sean McVay has stated the starters will play so they get some reps in preparation for the playoffs. There’s a chance Stafford doesn’t play the entire game, but he should put up numbers before he sits. These teams met in Week 14 and Stafford went 22-of-31 for 281 yards and three touchdowns. Arizona has allowed the seventh-highest EPA per dropback.
Nacua received 10 targets last week but only caught five for 47 yards and a touchdown. Atlanta’s pass rush and secondary were ferocious, but Nacua had a few plays brought back due to penalties. He should find the sledding much easier in this one, as Arizona is 29th in pressure rate and he put up 167 yards and two touchdowns in the Week 14 meeting.
3. Dak Prescott ($6,800) & CeeDee Lamb ($7,300), Cowboys at Giants
The Cowboys have nothing to play for, but all indications point to Prescott starting and the Cowboys playing to win. If the game is a blowout, then Prescott could sit early, but he will likely have put up some good numbers if that scenario presents itself. Back in Week 2, Prescott went 38-of-52 for 361 yards, two touchdowns and an interception vs. New York. We likely won’t see that kind of volume, but the efficiency could be replicated.
Lamb was relatively quiet the last two weeks, finishing with 9.6 and 11.1 FPTS. He still got 10 and seven targets. In the prior three contests, Lamb went over 100 yards and 20 FPTS in each. In the Week 2 meeting, Lamb caught nine of 11 targets for 112 yards.
2. Trevor Lawrence ($6,400) & Parker Washington ($5,100), Jaguars vs. Titans
The Jaguars will be highly motivated in this one as the AFC South crown is still up for grabs. In addition, the first-round bye is in play as well. Over the last six games, Lawrence has been en fuego, putting up over 20 FPTS in all but one with a high of 47.3 FPTS. The efficiency still isn’t great but he’s thrown at least two touchdowns in all but one of those contests with a high of five touchdowns. He also provides rushing equity, but we are more focusing on the passing game here. Tennessee has allowed the sixth-highest EPA per dropback. These teams met in Week 13 and Lawrence went 16-of-27 for 229 and two touchdowns, good for 21.7 FPTS. The Jaguars easily won 25-3. If the Titans can put up points, then Lawrence could have another ceiling game.
Over the last two games, Washington has garnered 10 targets in both, leading the team. He caught 14 of those and went over 100 yards in both contests, scoring one touchdown. He should continue getting peppered in this one. Now, if the ownership gets too high, I’d have no problem pivoting to Jakobi Meyers.
1. Drake Maye ($6,500) & Stefon Diggs ($6,300), Patriots vs. Dolphins
The Patriots are currently the second seed but could fall to three if they lose. The Patriots are also still in play for the No. 1 seed if Denver loses. Maye leads the league in completion percentage and provides some rushing equity, so the floor is high from a fantasy perspective. He’s put up over 20 FPTS in each of the last four games. What we are looking for is a replication of last week’s performance when he only threw 21 times but racked up five touchdowns, good for 32.4 FPTS. Miami has allowed the ninth-highest EPA per dropback and the 71.8 completion percentage is the highest in the league. Maye faced Miami in Week 2 and put up 26.3 FPTS.
Stefon Diggs leads the team with 99 targets. He’s gone over 100 yards receiving in each of the last two games, good for 25.8 and 25.1 FPTS. I’m not sure how his off-the-field situation will affect things, but he’s still eligible to play. I did have the thought that the Patriots may want to try and prepare for life without Diggs by feeding Kayshon Boutte, but I still think Diggs is the play here.
