Fantasy Basketball Value Picks: Top DraftKings NBA DFS Bargain Plays for Tuesday 12/30/25

By: Alex Hunter

On tap for Tuesday is a four-game NBA slate. DraftKings continues to offer huge contests for DFS players, and below, I dive into two of my favorite bargain plays for this slate.

Set your DraftKings fantasy basketball lineups here: NBA $300K Fadeaway [$100K to 1st]

PG/SG, Jaden Ivey, Detroit Pistons at Los Angeles Lakers, $3,900

With Caris LeVert only logging 12.5 minutes this past Sunday vs. the Clippers due to a knee injury, Ivey logged a season-high 28.4 minutes, en route to 22.5 FPTS, marking his third consecutive performance of over 20 FPTS. The 28.4 minutes were a very encouraging sign for Ivey, as he has been limited to just 15.7 minutes per game this season after a knee procedure in October.

LeVert is doubtful to play tonight vs. the Lakers, and with him inactive, Ivey should see around 25 minutes again, which is more than enough time for him to outperform his $3,900 salary. This is a great matchup, as Los Angeles ranks 27th in defensive rating, and Ivey is amassing 1.0 FPTS per minute with a 20.9% usage rate this season while shooting 46% from the field.

SG/SF, Hugo Gonzalez, Boston Celtics at Utah Jazz, $4,200

Gonzalez has been an awesome surprise for the Celtics this season. The Spaniard was selected by Boston with just the No.28 pick in this past NBA draft, and Gonzalez leads all rookies in plus/minus this season. The 19-year-old is a tenacious defender who has been hard to keep off the floor, and Gonzalez has been a major factor recently, scoring at least 25 FPTS in four of his last five.

Even with the Celtics not missing any key players outside of the obvious in Jayson Tatum (Achilles), Gonzalez logged 30.2 minutes this past Sunday vs. the Trail Blazers and posted 28.5 FPTS while leading Boston in plus/minus. The wing is shooting 52% from the field, and he is averaging 2.7 steals and blocks per 36 minutes. Gonzalez is producing 0.9 FPTS per minute, and he shouldn’t see less than 20 minutes tonight, given his recent play. The Jazz rank fourth in pace and 29th in defensive rating, and in this elite matchup, Gonzalez could destroy his $4,200 salary, and he is likely to be low-owned as a bench player.
