Update: Pittman has returned to Sunday’s game vs. the Jaguars.
Michael Pittman Jr. has left the Indianapolis Colts matchup with the Jacksonville Jaguars and is questionable to return with a calf injury. Pittman Jr. had just one catch for four yards and two targets at the time of the injury. The 28-year-old jogged to the locker room with the Colts’ training staff with a bit of a limp.
Despite their 8-2 start to the season, the Colts have been officially eliminated from postseason contention after losing five consecutive games. Pittman Jr.’s status will be one to monitor, but given the outlook of the season, it would not be a surprise if the Colts are cautious in their approach.
Pittman Jr. entered the game with 76 receptions for 757 yards and seven touchdowns on the season.
