The 2025 NFL season is on to the Sunday slate of Week 17. There are plenty of ways to get in on the action. Here’s a look at my favorite player prop bets for this week’s schedule, all of which you can place on DraftKings Sportsbook.
Without further ado, here are three of the best player props for NFL Week 17.
NFL Week 17 Player Props
Zach Charbonnet Anytime TD (+100)
The Seahawks are close to clinching the No. 1 seed in the NFC. This game against the Panthers is massive for both teams as they look to clinch their respective divisions as well. Seattle has the better team on both sides of the ball. The Seahawks should go in and get a win as long as Sam Darnold avoids turning the ball over. Darnold has been great this season, but he does have issues with turnovers in big games. Seattle should make life easy on its quarterback by grinding the ball on the ground and controlling the pace. While Darnold has been explosive in the passing game, the Seahawks also have a great two-headed rushing attack of Kenneth Walker III and Zach Charbonnet.
My best bet is for Charbonnet to score a touchdown against Carolina. While Kenneth Walker leads the team in rushing, Charbonnet leads the team in touchdowns. Charbonnet has nine rushing touchdowns on the season, including one last week against the Rams. Carolina has struggled to keep running backs out of the end zone this season, ranking 29th in the NFL in opponent rushing touchdown percentage. Carolina ranks 26th in the NFL in defensive EPA/rush as well. Charbonnet could break a long run for a score or punch one in like he did last week to score.
Dallas Goedert u32.5 Receiving Yards (-113)
This could be a tough game for Dallas Goedert and the Eagles’ passing offense. The Buffalo defense has been great against the pass, ranking seventh in defensive EPA/dropback. Meanwhile, the Bills also rank 31st in the NFL in defensive EPA/rush. There will be tough winter weather conditions in Buffalo and a raucous home crowd. The Eagles’ passing attack has already been poor this season, and those conditions will only make things harder. Both to attack Buffalo’s weakness and to keep the ball away from Josh Allen, the Eagles should try to run the football as often as possible. When they do try to throw, it should be to the outside to A.J. Brown and DeVonta Smith.
The Bills don’t have elite cornerbacks, but they have some of the best linebackers and safeties in the NFL. That is why they are so elite at covering opposing tight ends. The Bills are allowing just 2.8 receptions per game on 4.6 targets to opposing tight ends, both of which are the best marks in the NFL. Goedert has gone under this number in four of his past six games as well as six of his past nine games. These conditions do not bode well for the Philadelphia passing attack, especially for the tight ends, so Goedert should stay under 32.5 receiving yards for the seventh time in his past 10 games.
De’Von Achane o26.5 Receiving Yards (-113)
De’Von Achane has been sensational this season, following up his great 2024-25 with an even better 2025-26 campaign. Achane ranks third in the NFL in rushing yards and leads all qualified rushers in yards per carry. He is also tied for the team lead in receptions and ranks second on the team in receiving yards. It should be a big game for Achane against the Tampa Bay defense. The Buccaneers have a top-10 rush defense by EPA/rush, but have not been as strong against the pass. They have particularly struggled to stop running backs in the passing game. The Buccaneers are allowing 53.6 receiving yards per game to opposing running backs, the most in the NFL, and almost ten yards more than the next-worst team. Quinn Ewers is making just his second career start and should lean on his running back to make the easy throws in this game.
