NBA Best Bets: Grizzlies vs. Thunder Prop Bets for Monday 12/23/25

The NBA has seven games on the scoreboard this Monday night, and in the second game of the Peacock doubleheader, the Memphis Grizzlies visit the Oklahoma City Thunder in a Western Conference showdown. The Thunder have looked less than invincible lately but are still undefeated at home and an impressive 25-3 overall. There are some interesting trends and matchups to consider from both sides of this game, so let’s take a look at some of the top player prop bets from this matchup to consider on DraftKings Sportsbook on Monday.

In the overall matchup, the Thunder are heavy 15.5-point home underdogs, with the game total set at 230.5. The two teams met in Memphis on November 9, and the Thunder won, 114-100.

The Thunder have done plenty of winning this season, but they did lose two of their last three games, falling to the Spurs in the NBA Cup Semifinals and losing to the Timberwolves on Friday. They’ll look to bounce back with a back-to-back that starts Monday against Memphis and finishes in San Antonio Tuesday before facing the Spurs again on Christmas Day. The Grizzlies lost their last game on Saturday to the Wizards, but they had won seven of their previous nine games to get back near .500.

Let’s break down the trends and find a few of my top player prop bets for this fun Monday night matchup:

Grizzlies vs. Thunder Best Prop Bets on DraftKings Sportsbook

Shai Gilgeous-Alexander under 44.5 Points + Rebounds + Assists (-111)

SGA is averaging 43.7 PRA (points, rebounds and assists) on the season and definitely can go over this number when the Thunder are pushed to the limits, and he plays his maximum output. The Grizzlies, though, could struggle to keep this close, resulting in SGA playing fewer minutes than usual.
After losing on Friday, the Thunder could come out locked in and blow the doors off the Grizzlies early, allowing SGA to rest in the fourth quarter as he has often at home this season.

He had 48 PRA in the first meeting between these teams, going just over this prop line, but since then, he has gone under this prop line in 10 of his 16 games (63%).

The reigning MVP had 47 PRA in the loss to Minnesota, but had produced 45 PRA or under in six straight games before that. With Jalen Williams back in the rotation now , he doesn’t have to carry quite as much of the offensive workload, and I think he’ll likely come in under this number on Monday night.

Cam Spencer 23+ Points + Assists (-104)

With Ja Morant (ankle) out for a third straight game and Vince Williams Jr. (knee) also unavailable, Cam Spencer should get another start at point guard. Spencer has been stepping up with strong numbers lately, and he has 33 and 30 points + assists in his last two contests.

Spencer is averaging only 12.3 points and 4.2 assists per game on the season, but he has gone over this number in five of his last six games and should be able to get to at least 23 points and assists even in this tough matchup against the Thunder.

He was away from the team last Wednesday but returned on Saturday with 19 points and 11 assists in the team’s loss to Washington. The 25-year-old UConn alum is earning more work, and he should continue to have a good chance to step up Monday night.

Jalen Williams over 5.5 rebounds (-113)

With Isaiah Hartenstein (leg), Chet Holmgren (back) and Jaylin Williams (heel) ruled out, the Thunder will be very thin in the frontcourt, leaving Branden Carlson and Kenrich Williams to get more time off the bench.

Jalen Williams will have to play bigger minutes and bigger in the lineup, which usually leads to him grabbing more rebounds.

He had seven rebounds against the Timberwolves on Friday and seven rebounds against the Spurs last week. While his scoring numbers have been a little down, he has averaged 5.1 rebounds per game this season, and with a little extra time down low, he should be set to go over this prop on Monday night against Memphis, who is also missing Zach Edey (ankle) and Brandon Clarke (calf) from their frontcourt.

Bonus Parlay Pick: Jaren Jackson Jr. 1+ steals (-111)

If you’re looking to use these props to create a Same Game Parlay (SPG) or an SPGx, one other leg I would consider to sweeten the odds would be tossing in JJJ’s steals to take the four-leg SGP up to +1000, as you can see below.

Jackson has at least one steal in seven of his last eight games and is averaging 0.9 steals per game on the season.
