The final event of the UFC’s 2025 schedule is here. No. 2 Brandon Royval takes on No. 6 Manel Kape in an intriguing Flyweight bout that is the Main Event of this event. This is the final card of the UFC’s partnership with ESPN, as the promotion is beginning a deal with Paramount+ in January. The UFC was on ESPN throughout the last six-plus years and played a significant part in adding a new audience.
Royval is 5-2 in his previous seven contests, with his last two losses coming against Alexandre Pantoja and Joshua Van, the past two Flyweight champions. Although Royval lost to Van at UFC 317, it was one of the year’s best fights and featured 215 significant strikes. Royval is facing Kape, who has won two consecutive fights by knockout and is 6-1 in his last seven.
On DraftKings Sportsbook, Kape is a -278 favorite with Royval being a +225 underdog. This fight is -170 to not go the distance, with Kape being +120 to win by KO/TKO/DQ.
The co-main event is a Featherweight bout between No. 15 Giga Chikadze vs. Kevin Vallejos. Chikadze started his UFC career 7-0, but he has since gone 1-3 in his previous four contests. Vallejos has won five straight bouts, with two coming in the UFC. Vallejos is the favorite at -340 with Chikadze being a +270 underdog.
Earlier this week, 12-year UFC veteran King Green was added to this card to take on UFC debutant Lance Gibson Jr. Green is looking to snap his two-fight losing streak as Gibson has won two in a row. Green is a -192 favorite while Gibson is a +160 underdog on DraftKings Sportsbook.
Former Bellator Champion Yaroslav Amosov is making his UFC debut on the Prelims against veteran Neil Magny. Amosov is 28-1 with 20 finishes in his MMA career and is coming off a first ropind suibmission in March. Amosov is -440 as Magny is a +340 underdog in this contest. Even though Magny is 38, he has won two consecutive fights by finish.
This week’s UFC Fight Night airs live on ESPN+ and ESPN2 at 10:00 p.m. ET. The Prelims for this event begin at 7:00 p.m. ET.
