Best NHL player prop bets for Tuesday 11/18/25

The NHL returns with an eight-game slate on Tuesday night, with first puck drop set for 7:00 p.m. ET. Both the Mammoth and Blue Jackets played last night, and will be the only teams operating with zero days’ rest.

Here are my top three NHL player prop bets on DraftKings Sportsbook for Tuesday, November 18.

Best NHL props for Tuesday 11/18/25

Alex DeBrincat 4+ Shots on Goal (+120)

It’s becoming very difficult to fade DeBrincat when it comes to shots on goal. The 27-year-old has cleared 4+ SOG in 12-of-19 games this season, including in seven of the past 10 games. While Seattle isn’t the juiciest of matchups and ranks 18th in shots allowed per game, Detroit is a shot-heavy team, especially when playing at home. DeBrincat ranks second in the NHL in shots per 60 and third in shot attempts per 60, and has netted five goals in his past three games. He has the hot hand, and I can’t fade this play at plus odds.

Matthew Knies 1+ Assist (+105)

The Maple Leafs are a mess, and now they’re without Auston Matthews, among others. Knies ranks second on the team in assists, only behind William Nylander. The 23-year-old ranks 18th in the NHL in assists per 60, but when playing at 5v5, that ranking increases to second. David Rittich will start for the Islanders on Tuesday night, and he is coming off a strong 2-1 win over Utah, in which he stopped 27-of-29 shots. He has still had a shaky season with a 3.15 GAA and .893 SV%, and the Maple Leafs still rank second in 5v5 goals per 60.

Connor Bedard Anytime Goalscorer (+125)

Bedard has netted a goal in four of the past five games and draws a matchup against one of the worst teams in the league in the Flames, on Tuesday night. The 20-year-old ranks second on the team in goals per 60 and netted a goal against the Flames on Nov. 7. While Dustin Wolf has put together some solid starts lately for Calgary, he still sports a 5-10-2 record to go along with a 3.01 GAA and .896 SV%. The Blackhawks have been a bit of a wagon thus far, ranking third in Goals% and sixth in goals per 60, with Bedard leading the way. His lone hat-trick this season came when playing at home, and the Flames have allowed 3.55 goals per game on the road this season.
