DraftKings NBA Pick6 Fantasy Basketball Picks Today: Top Picks for November 18

Tonight’s six game slate will begin with the Magic hosting the Warriors at 7 PM EST, and will conclude with the Suns visiting the Trail Blazers at 11 PM EST. The Grizzlies and Spurs will face off at 8 PM, but neither team will have their best player. We’re almost a quarter of the way through the season, keep following along here at DraftKings Network for full coverage.

There are plenty of opportunities to get involved in the action this evening. One of the more unique features on DraftKings this year is Pick6 Fantasy Basketball!

This article will look at my top Pick6 plays for tonight’s slate. We simply choose whether a player will record more or less of the set statistic. Here are my six favorite plays for tonight’s action.

Stephen Curry More than 24.5 Points

Curry followed up an empty 11-point game against the Oklahoma City Thunder with back to back 40-burgers against the Spurs. He then proceeded to shoot 2-for-11 against the struggling Pelicans for nine points. Curry will likely bounce back again tonight. He’s averaging 27.4 PPG on the season and has put up more than 24.5 points in his last seven out of 10 games against the Magic, with his last being a 56 point masterpiece last season. The Magic are an above-average defense this season, but this point total feels too low for the Chef tonight.

Michael Porter Jr. More Than 21.5 Points

Porter’s first season away from Denver has gone better than expected, if you ignore the team record. Porter is putting up career highs in PPG, RPG, FT%, FTA, and FGA. He’s the main scoring option for the Nets and as a result is putting up 24.1 PPG. I’d expect his scoring to continue tonight as the Nets host the Celtics, with Porter putting up an average of 26.4 PPG in his last five games.

Porter’s efficiency from the field and from three have both dropped since last season, but this is unsurprising. He’s no longer playing alongside the best facilitator on the planet in Nikola Jokic, who fed him open looks continuously. Despite being on his own now, Porter’s doing a good job hunting for his own shot and playing with respectable efficiency still. His high release point means that he can reliably shoot over most defenders.

De’Aaron Fox More Than 34.5 Points + Assists

The Spurs took two big hits over this past week with injuries to Victor Wembanyama and Stephon Castle. We know that Wembanyama will be out for weeks, but we aren’t sure about Castle yet.

Regardless, there’s a big role to be filled by Fox, who returned five games ago and looks his usual self with averages of 22 PPG, 6.8 APG, and 51.2% FG. We’ll need Swipa to regain those strong steal numbers he’s capable of, but so far, no complaints. He’s double-doubled in his past two games and should continue rolling today as the Spurs host a reeling Grizzlies squad.
