UPDATE: Doubs did not return on Monday night.
Packers WR Romeo Doubs is questionable to return to Monday’s game vs. the Eagles due to injury.
During the fourth quarter, the fourth-year wide receiver headed to the locker room with a chest injury. When exactly he suffered it was not immediately clear. Per the team, he’s questionable to return to action on Monday Night Football.
Before exiting, Doubs caught just one pass for five yards.
The Packers were already shorthanded at pass catcher with Matthew Golden inactive, Tucker Kraft sidelined for the remainder of the season, and Jayden Reed still on IR. Trailing by multiple scores in the fourth quarter, this latest injury leaves the group of receiving weapons even more depleted with time running out to mount a comeback.
Doubs, 25, is on pace for the best season of his career. He leads the Packers in targets and has 34 catches for 441 yards and four touchdowns.
