We’ve got a big slate on our hands tonight with a whopping 10 games, tipping off with the Rockets visiting the Raptors at 6:30 PM EST and concluding with the Grizzlies visiting the Suns at 10:00 PM. To say that the Suns are looking wobbly is an understatement; this team only has one win with three losses and sits near the bottom of the West. It’s tough to envision them making a serious playoff push unless Jalen Green returns soon and gels immaculately with the rest of this lineup.
And they’re not playing tonight, but the 76ers are seriously turning heads currently behind the stellar, MVP-level play of Tyrese Maxey alongside back court partner VJ Edgecombe. Who needs Paul George?

This article will look at my top Pick6 plays for today’s NBA slate. We simply choose whether a player will record more or less of the set statistic. Here are my six favorite plays for tonight’s action.
Cade Cunningham Less than 25.5 Points
Cunningham has struggled so far this season, posting only 20.3 PPG while shooting 36.1% from the floor. He’s also averaging 5.5 turnovers a game through four games.
He’ll snap out of this eventually, but it probably won’t be tonight. The Orlando Magic’s defense, while not as stout as last season’s, is still a tall order. They’ll pressure Cunningham all game because he’s Detroit’s primary and only ball handler. Cade is certainly capable of getting More than 25.5, but thus far in his career, he’s never been a premier scoring talent. He made a huge stride last season en route to an All-Star appearance and 26.1 PPG, but has yet to reach a similar level this season.
Domantas Sabonis More Than 7.5 Rebounds
I’m not totally sure why Sabonis’ line sits at 7.5 rebounds tonight, but I’m certain he’ll get More than this. The last time he averaged less than 7.5 rebounds was in 2017-2018, and he’s been averaging 10.7 rebounds for his career. He’s led the league in rebounding three times, and has averaged double digit rebounding numbers every season since 2019-2020. It’ll be a tough battle on the glass tonight against Nikola Vucevic, but I’d easily trust Sabonis to reach 7.5 tonight.
Pascal Siakam More Than 39.5 Points + Rebounds + Assists
The Pacers have been dealing with bad injury luck lately. Losing Tyrese Haliburton in the midst of a Finals series hurts. But this season, they’ve already lost numerous contributors for extended periods: Obi Toppin, Andrew Nembhard, and Bennedict Mathurin.
This leaves Siakam to man the ship. He’s been doing an excellent job, logging an impressive 26 PPG alongside 10.3 RPG and 6 APG to start the season so far. It’s not surprising to see 39.5 as Siakam’s line tonight for PRA, but due to Indiana’s reliance on Siakam right now to carry the load, I’m expecting him to get More than 39.5. His matchup won’t be easy since he’s dealing with a big Mavs’ lineup featuring Anthony Davis and Cooper Flagg, but I think he’ll get it done.
