Matthew Schaefer to Record 1+ Assist (+115)
The 2025 No. 1 overall pick has lived up to expectations through the Islanders’ first five games of the new season. Schaefer has recorded a point in each game thus far, and ranks second on the team in points (5) with one goal and four assists. The Islanders are averaging 3.20 goals per game, good for the 10th-most in the league, and the Sharks rank dead last in goals allowed per game (5.00). Schaefer leads his team in assists and ranks eighth among all defensemen in the NHL in assists per 60 (2.18). That figure rises to 2.22 in 5v5 situations, which ranks sixth-best.
Brad Marchand to Record 4+ Shots on Goal (+145)
The Rat will make his return to Boston on Tuesday night. The former captain of the Bruins was traded to the Panthers late last season and was a key piece in Florida’s postseason run to secure its second straight Stanley Cup. Due to injuries, Marchand finds himself leading the team in points (6) with three goals and three assists across the first seven games. At 37 years old, he ranks third among Panthers’ forwards in ice time per game (17:37) and leads the team in 5v5 points per 60. Boston is allowing the 10th-most shots per game (29.6), and Marchy has cleared 4+ SOG in three straight and in five of seven games this season.

The 23-year-old winger has gotten off to a strong start to the new season, posting four goals and one assist across five games this season. Neighbours leads St. Louis in points (5) and ranks first in both 5v5 goals per 60 and points per 60. Tonight, he will face a Kings’ squad that has had serious goaltending issues this season, whether it’s Darcy Kuemper (3.35 GAA, .868 SV%) or Anton Forsberg (3.89 GAA, .880 SV%) starting between the pipes on Tuesday night. Neighbours has recorded at least one point in three of five games this season and in five of the past six meetings against Los Angeles.
