The 2025 American League Championship Series between the Mariners and Blue Jays has been one of the best series in recent memory, worthy of an epic Game 7 to set up the World Series. The Dodgers are waiting to start Game 1 on Friday against the winner of Monday’s series finale.
The Blue Jays avoided elimination with a big Game 6 behind a masterful outing from rookie Trey Yesavage. On Monday, they’ll hand the ball to trade deadline acquisition Shane Bieber to start the game against Mariners’ ace George Kirby — a rematch of Game 3’s pitching matchup. While the matchup would seem to tilt towards the Mariners, the Jays got to Kirby in Game 3 en route to a 13-4 thumping over the M’s in Seattle. Toronto will hope for a similar result as they look to return to the World Series for the first time since 1993. The Mariners have never made the World Series, and will look to continue their magical run with a Game 7 victory.

Mariners vs. Blue Jays Prop Bets for Game 7
George Kirby Over 11.5 Outs Recorded (+130)
Since it’s a winner-take-all scenario, both pitchers will be on short leashes with full bullpens available. Whoever wins doesn’t have to play until Friday and whoever loses doesn’t have to play until 2026. Expect short starts and lots of pitching changes. That being said, this prop seems like a bit of an over-reaction.
All Kirby has to do to hit the over on this prop is get through four innings. Even in his rough Game 3 outing, he still went four innings. He has made it through at least four innings in 24 of his 26 starts this year and averages over five frames per start. The Mariners won’t let him give up eight runs in Game 7 like they did in Game 3, but I expect him to have a bounce-back performance on Monday night.
Kirby was much better in his two starts against the Tigers in the ALDS, working five innings in each outing and giving up just three runs. He left Game 5 of the ALDS (another elimination game) after five innings without giving up a run, although an inherited runner scored after he left.
That start was at home, but Kirby was good in his last road start, which came toward the end of September against the Astros in a playoff-like environment.
I don’t think it’s a lock, but I do think its more likely than not that Kirby gets through four frames against the Jays.
Josh Naylor Over 1.5 Hits + Runs + RBI (+100)
I had this same prop in my picks on Sunday night, and Naylor delivered four HRR (hits, runs, and RBI) with a single and a home run. The blast was his third of the series and the playoffs.
Since arriving just before the Trade Deadline, the 28-year-old lefty has been a huge part of the Mariners’ offense. He finished the regular season with a September surge, going 27-for-68 (.397) over his last 19 games with four home runs, 16 runs scored, 19 RBIs, and a 1.079 OPS over that stretch. He had 62 HRR in those 19 games for an average of 3.3 HRR per contest.
In the playoffs, he started slowly, going 0-for-13 in the first three games against the Tigers while facing some tough lefties. He snapped back to form over his last eight games, going 15-for-31 (.484) with two doubles, three homers, seven runs scored and four RBIs. In those eight games, he has averaged 3.25 HRR per game and has posted multiple HRR in six of those eight contests.
In Game 3 which Bieber started, he went 0-for-3. Still, he’s a proven big-game performer who I think will come through in this critical Game 7. In Game 5 against the Tigers, he went 3-for-6 with a double, stolen base and run scored.
Addison Barger 2+ Total Bases (+182)
While Vladimir Guerrero Jr. at 2+ total bases (-103) is a very strong play considering how locked in he is at the plate, I’m going with a longer-shot play to round out my Game 7 player props.
Young lefty slugger Addison Barger has been a regular in my props all season — and brings plenty of power when he’s locked in. He hit .243 in 135 games with the Blue Jays this year with 21 homers and 209 total bases (1.55 per game). The 25-year-old has been streaky throughout his time in the majors, but he has heated up in the ALCS, going 5-for-14 (.357) with 12 total bases (3.0 per game) and riding a four-game hitting streak. He had five total bases in Game 6, with four coming on this two-run blast in the third:
Barger also homered in Game 3, although it was after Kirby got chased and Luke Jackson had come in for mop-up work. This year, lefties like Barger had more success against Kirby than righties. Lefties hit .264 with a .319 wOBA overall and a .338 wOBA when facing Kirby on the road.
With the splits in mind, I think Barger should be able to get two total bases or more on Monday night, whether that comes on a pair of singles, a double, or something more heroic.
