If you’re looking for big moments, results, and a live breakdown of AEW WrestleDream, we have you covered right here. This is the third edition of WrestleDream and the first occurring outside the state of Washington. Tonight’s PPV is taking place at the Chaifetz Arena in St. Louis, Missouri.
I will be updating this live blog throughout the AEW WrestleDream PPV card, which starts at 8:00 p.m. ET.
12:33 a.m. ET: Darby Allin defeats Jon Moxley!
Darby Allin finally conquered Jon Moxley! Allin beat Moxley for the first time in his career. This was the fifth singles match between Moxley and Allin, and each time they have faced off, magic has been made.
Darby Allin planted the AEW flag that he took to Mount Everest in the center of the ring before this match started. Right away, Moxley began choking Allin with a chain. Less than five minutes into the match, Allin was already experiencing high levels of pain.
Moxley had Marina Shafir by his side ringside to bring him weapons throughout this match. The more pain Moxley made Allin endure, the happier he became. When the fight returned to the ring, Allin began to build momentum. Even though Moxley was getting the better of Allin, he wouldn’t give up.
Allin sprayed Moxley with lighter fluid, and it slowed him and the rest of the Death Riders down. But it didn’t take long for Moxley to get back to his feet. Moxley hit Allin with a brutal Paradigm Shift on a chair. Claudio Castagnoli pressed Allin above his head and threw him off the announce table, as he has done in the past.
Moxley started screaming in Allin’s face and telling him to quit. The Death Riders filled a fish tank with water and tried to drown him.
The lights went out, and Sting appeared! Allin beat Moxley down with Sting’s bat, and then he put Moxley in a Scorpion Death Lock to force Moxley to quit. This was an incredible match to end WrestleDream.

Moxley and the Death Riders were beating down Allin when the Icon, Sting, appeared!
11:51 p.m. ET: “Hangman” Page is still AEW Champion!
Three Buckshot Lariats later, “Hangman” Adam Page pinned Samoa Joe to retain his AEW World Championship. This is Page’s first singles victory over Joe and his fifth title defense of his second reign.
Before the action began, the fans started chanting for both Page and Joe. Early on, Joe was getting the better of Page with his aggressive, hard-hitting style with elite strikes. Joe had tons of confidence in this match, but Page eventually countered and got his own offense started.
Joe and Page inflicted a tremendous amount of pain on each other during this match. During this match, Joe pushed Page to his limit, but “Hangman” proved why he’s a two-time champion, and it’s because he never gives up.
Page and Joe hugged after the match, but The Opps turned on Page and beat him down.

11:22 p.m. ET: Brodido retains the World Tag Team Championship
In the end, Bandido hit Kazuchika Okada with a 21 Plex to win the match for Brodido. This is Brodido’s sixth title defense, and they are now 3-0 together on AEW PPVs.
Right away, Bandido’s quickness and fast-paced style stood out in this match. Okada and Takeshita haven’t teamed together a ton, but they close the gap since they are both two of the greatest singles wrestlers.
Brody King and Bandido work extremely well together, and the longer the match lasted, the more they displayed their teamwork. Bandido beat down Okada and Takeshita on the outside, but when the action shifted back to the ring, the momentum switched. When Okada and Takeshita are on the same page, they present a dominant force.
This match was an unbelievable showcase of athleticism, with incredible moves throughout the contest. With so many false finishes involved, fans were kept on the edge of their seats. Okada hit Takeshita with a Rainmaker by accident, but didn’t seem very mad about it.

10:47 p.m. ET: Mercedes Mone wins her 11th title!
Mercedes Mone defeats Mina Shirakawa to retain her TBS title and win the Interim ROH television championship. Mone currently holds 11 championships. After the match, Statlander came out to get payback on Mone.
Mone and Shirakawa went toe to toe in this match, but Mone’s aggressive nature gave her an advantage. Both wrestlers possess an incredible skillset, with impressive strikes, kicks, and submissions.
Shirakawa answered Mone’s open challenge and brought her best to test the TBS Champion. Mone is now 2-0 against Shirakawa in one-on-one matches.
Up next: Brodido (c) vs. Kazuchika Okada & Konosuke Takeshita for the AEW World Tag Team Championship Match.
10:27 p.m. ET: Mina Shirakawa answers Mone’s open challenge
Mercedes Mone is facing Mina Shirakawa with the TBS Championship and the Interim ROH Women’s Television title on the line.
10:23 p.m. ET: Kris Statlander defeats Toni Storm!
Kris Statlander successfully defended her AEW Women’s World Championship against “Timeless” Toni Storm. This is Statlander’s second title defense since winning the championship at All Out.
After a slow start, the champion began to beat down Storm. After Storm lost her title at All Out, she has lacked the confidence she previously had.
Storm kept fighting back, but Statlander outlasted the former champion. This is Storm’s first singles loss on a PPV since All In 2024. After the match, Storm and Statlander embraced with a hug.
The TBS Champion, Mercedes Mone, interrupted Statlander after the match.
10:00 P.M. ET: Kyle Fletcher retains the TNT Championship
In the last two years, Briscoe and Fletcher have had five singles matches. Briscoe won the first two, but Fletcher has won the last three matches. This was Fletcher’s sixth successful title defense since winning the TNT title at All In Texas in July.
Briscoe and Fletcher have an interesting combination of styles, but it has resulted in five entertaining matches. Briscoe has a warrior mentality, and it shows in each match he has. In AEW, Briscoe is a fan favorite and feeds off the energy from the crowd.
Fletcher threw Briscoe on the steel steps outside the ring, severely hurting Briscoe. Every time Fletcher wrestles on a PPV, he takes his game to the next level. The “Protostar” is already a budding superstar in AEW. Each time Briscoe gained momentum, the champion bounced back.
The next match is between Kris Statlander and “Timeless” Toni Storm for the AEW Women’s World Championship.
9:26 p.m. ET: The Hurt Syndicate defeats the Demand
The Hurt Syndicate got their revenge on the Demand after losing to them at All Out. Bobby Lashley, MVP, and Shelton Benjamin are now the No. 1 contenders for the AEW Trios Championship.
This feud over the last few months has been one of the best in AEW. Each time the Demand and the Hurt Syndicate battle each other, it is going to be a slugfest, and this one was no different.
The Demand was targeting the Hurt Syndicate’s weakest link, MVP, early in this match. But MVP responded with offense of his own later in the match.
Even though the Demand hasn’t teamed for a long time, they work very well together. Bobby Lashley was a standout in this contest; his combination of speed and power is unreal.
Up next: Kyle Fletcher (c) vs. Mark Briscoe for the TNT Championship
9:05 p.m. ET: Jurassic Express defeats The Young Bucks
After a 20-plus-minute war, Jurassic Express picked up the victory against the Young Bucks. This was their second win over the Bucks on an AEW PPV, as Jurassic Express beat them at Revolution 2022. This is Jurassic Express’s first PPV win since Double or Nothing 2022.
Jurassic Express received a big ovation from the audience, but it is a different version of the team in their second stint. Jack Perry has dropped the “Jungle Boy” character and remained serious and calm against the Young Bucks.
Since teaming up with the Young Bucks last year, Perry has returned seeking revenge on them. The tension between the Bucks and Perry was clearly visible early in this match.
We saw a much more aggressive and serious Jurassic Express in this contest. The Young Bucks’ cohesion was on point, serving as an x-factor in this match. Luchasarus’ power and strength helped a ton to neutralize the Bucks’ offensive attacks.
Every time it appeared the match was coming to a close, the opposing team interrupted the pin. This was an unbelievable tag team match, and the champions, Brodido, have a high bar to follow tonight.

8:34 p.m. ET: Jamie Hayter defeats Thekla!
Jamie Hayter beat Thekla and won her first match on a PPV since Revolution 2023 against Ruby Solo and Saraya.
This has been a heated rivalry lately, and they brought intensity and brutality from the start of this contest. Thekla and Hayter immediately took the action outside the ring. The more pain Thekla inflicted on Hayter, the larger the smile on her face.
Thekla joined AEW in 2025 and has quickly risen in the women’s division. This was a hard-hitting contest, making for a highly competitive and entertaining match.
Both of these competitors were evenly matched, and it showed throughout. But in the end, Hayter’s AEW experience proved to be the difference in this match.

8:16 p.m. ET: Jamie Hayter vs. Thekla is up next!
Jamie Hayter takes on Thekla in a singles match. This match has a 30-minute time limit. This is the second straight PPV that Hayter and Thekla are competing against each other in a match.
8:11 p.m. ET: FTR defeats JetSpeed
Although WrestleDream had a unique start with the continuation of a match, FTR and JetSpeed delivered an excellent contest. The crowd was engaged from the second this PPV started.
Big Stoke held Mike Bailey’s leg, leading to a pinfall victory for FTR. FTR is now 2-0 against JetSpeed in tag team competition. This is FTR’s first PPV victory since Double or Nothing in May.
8:03 p.m. ET: The WrestleDream PPV begins with FTR vs. JetSpeed!
In the final match on the Tailgate Brawl, FTR was fighting JetSpeed, and the action continued right when the WrestleDream PPV began.
