Fantasy NASCAR Driver Rankings: South Point 400
1. Kyle Larson ($11,500) — If there were ever a week for Yung Money to end his winless drought and cash in, it would be at Las Vegas. He’s scored over 30 Hog Points (fastest laps and laps led) in four of the last five Vegas races. Larson has two wins and two runner-ups in the last seven trips to Sin City.
2. Christopher Bell ($11,200) — The closest comparable track to Las Vegas is Kansas. Bell recorded the second-best driver rating there in the spring and the third-best in the recent Kansas race.
3. Ryan Blaney ($10,500) — The pressure is back on Blaney as a new playoff round begins, but pressure hasn’t slowed him down yet. It didn’t matter during his 2023 championship run, and it may not now. Kansas didn’t work out for Blaney, but he’s consistently been a top three driver at traditional ovals in 2025.
4. Denny Hamlin ($11,000) — No driver faces more pressure than Hamlin. The No. 11 JGR Toyota is once again deep in the playoffs. Is this finally the year he wins a Cup Series championship? Hamlin owns the best median finish at the relevant oval tracks.
5. William Byron ($10,000) — The winner of the first Round of 8 race gains a massive advantage heading into Phoenix. A Vegas win would allow Byron’s team to focus entirely on the title race, while the rest of the field grinds through Talladega and Martinsville. For some, this race is the championship.
6. Chase Elliott ($9,500) — The wins just keep not coming. Elliott is on a Matt Kenseth-like heater — racking up points without victories. Kenseth’s 2003 season forced NASCAR to create the playoff system. Elliott doesn’t win often, but his most recent victory came just weeks ago at Kansas.
7. Chase Briscoe ($9,700) — The competition tightens as the playoff field shrinks. Briscoe has been in this position before in Xfinity, but this isn’t a second-tier title run. His JGR teammates are now rivals, and the pressure is immense. Still, he looked strong at Kansas this season, earning a top five driver rating in both races.
8. Joey Logano ($10,200) — No one wanted Logano to advance last week — not even his teammates. Everyone knows what “Lucky Logano” is capable of. Could he get lucky again in Vegas? He led 40 laps here in the spring and remains a threat for a third championship in four years.
9. Brad Keselowski ($7,600) — He’s not done yet. Keselowski owns five top 10 finishes in the last seven traditional oval races. He finished 11th at Vegas in the spring.
10. Tyler Reddick ($9,200) — There’s no rule that says only playoff drivers can win playoff races. Reddick was eliminated at the Roval, but his season isn’t over. He remains capable of contending — or at least piling up fantasy points. Reddick has scored 10+ combined fastest-lap and lap-led points in each of the last three Vegas races.
11. Ross Chastain ($9,800) — Las Vegas is one of Chastain’s best tracks. He’s finished top 10 in six of the last seven races here, with a worst finish of 12th. That run includes five top five results and a runner-up.
12. Bubba Wallace ($8,400) — In the last six relevant oval races, Wallace has finished eighth or better. With a championship off the table, it’s win or bust at Vegas.
13. Erik Jones ($6,300) — Legacy Motor Club’s 2025 season was flat. They didn’t collapse, but they never found another gear. Jones’ year lacked exclamation points but also avoided disasters. At intermediates, he’s been a steady top 15 driver.
14. Riley Herbst ($4,900) — The 23XI Toyotas are eliminated, but Vegas still matters. It’s Herbst’s hometown track, and his family’s fueling empire has deep local ties. With nothing else on the line, 23XI may give Herbst some extra shine in front of his home crowd.
15. Daniel Suarez ($6,700) — With Chastain eliminated and SVG grabbing another road course win, Trackhouse could turn its focus to Suarez. He’s been close at Vegas before, finishing runner-up in the spring and on the podium last fall.
