After watching Team Europe win its second straight Ryder Cup over Team USA, the PGA TOUR continues the fall swing this week with the Sanderson Farms Championship at the Country Club of Jackson (par 72, 7,461 yards, Bermuda greens) in Jackson, Missouri. This course has been the home of the Sanderson Farms Championship since 2015 and Kevin Yu (-23) is the defending champion of this event. There will be 132 golfers competing at the CC of Jackson this week and a standard top-65 and ties cut following the first two rounds.

Emiliano Grillo ($9,300)
Grillo has played stellar golf over the last few months. The two-time PGA TOUR winner has made 16 of his last 18 cuts and nine of these finishes have been top-25 results. Grillo nearly won the John Deere Classic in July, losing in a playoff to Brian Campbell, and Grillo just finished T-4 at the Procore Championship two weeks ago in his most recent start.
Grillo closed this event with a 6-under 66 and he finished the tournament seventh in both SG APP and SGP, which was very impressive, given 10 of the 12 members of the USA Ryder Cup team competed at Silverado Resort that week.
Grillo ranks third in total strokes gained when we compare this field’s last 24 rounds and seeing him catch fire with his flat stick at the Procore Championship was a very encouraging sign, as putting has always been his Achilles’ heel throughout his career. If Grillo can remain hot with his putter at the CC of Jackson this week, which is possible given how well he knows the greens at this venue, the 33-year-old should once again contend at the Sanderson Farms Championship. Grillo has made 5-of-6 cuts at the CC of Jackson, including a T-5 in 2022 and a T-11 last season, both in which he gained at least 3.4 strokes on the Bermuda greens of this par 72.
Christiaan Bezuidenhout ($7,600)
This price is far too low for Bezuidenhout in this weak field. The No. 81 ranked player in the world has finished T-39 and T-6 in his two starts at the CC of Jackson and Bezuidenhout is in compelling form. The South African has only missed two cuts in his last 12 solo starts, with four top-20 finishes during this span.
Bezuidenhout is an elite short-game player who ranks top-25 in both SG ARG and SGP this season. Additionally, the 31-year-old is an efficient par four scorer, ranking 41st in par four performance and Bezuidenhout has shined at low-scoring events like the Sanderson Farms Championship in the past, with runner-up finishes at the American Express and John Deere Classic.
Bezuidenhout easily could have been priced over $8,000 this week and he is a great target for both cash games and GPPs at only $7,600.
Mac Meissner ($7,200)
After hitting a rough patch of missing five cuts in a row, Meissner has regained his form and has been excellent, finishing T-14, runner-up and T-47 in his last three starts, in that order. That runner-up finish came at the Wyndham Championship in August and Meissner set some career milestones that week, with that being his best finish to date on the PGA TOUR and his 7-under 63 in the second round at Sedgefield CC being his career-low on the PGA TOUR.
During this impressive three-start stretch for Meissner, he has shot under par in nine of his 12 rounds, he has nearly gained strokes across the board at all three of these events and he has moved himself up 91 spots in the world golf rankings.
Meissner now heads to the CC of Jackson, where he finished T-37 in his first attempt at the course a year ago, despite missing the cut in his previous start. In better form this time around, Meissner has top-10 upside and is an awesome, cheap play for DFS.
