MetLife memories don’t travel south—goodbye, goodbye, goodbye, Malik Nabers—but Garrett Wilson’s urgency does. New York’s season already leans on his hands, and Miami’s secondary provides the stage. Monday night in South Florida tilts fast, heat and speed dictating everything, and the Jets’ clearest counterpunch is their star receiver. Wilson walks into this game as the only proven separator in green, his route craft and volume carrying the passing game against a Dolphins defense still searching for stops. Having said that, I think there’s plenty of prop value in Wilson’s market tonight.

To wit—below, check out one of my favorite Garrett Wilson props to consider from this Monday Night tilt.

Best Garrett Wilson prop bet for Dolphins vs. Jets

Garrett Wilson o63.5 receiving yards (-115)

Garrett Wilson has been the Jets’ clear top target, tallying 21 catches for 229 yards and 2 TDs through three games. He produced 95 and 84 yards in two outings this year, so a 70.5-yard line is very much within reach. Miami’s secondary has been one of the league’s weakest – the Dolphins have allowed six passing TDs and rank last in EPA per pass – so Wilson’s big-play potential is enhanced by the matchup. Wilson saw 30 targets in three games, and the Jets figure to need their passing game to stay competitive.

The Jets’ offense overall has been inefficient, but Wilson’s volume has remained constant. He’s tied for first in the AFC in receptions, with 21, and he’s already converted 12 catches into first downs. Miami has allowed 225 passing yards per game, while also facing the lowest aDOT in football (5.3). That funnels throws underneath, where Wilson’s YAC ability (129 yards after the catch) becomes central. The Dolphins’ defense hasn’t forced a single turnover, and their 32.3 points allowed per game is the worst in the league. That sets up a game environment where Wilson’s usage projects cleanly over his line. Even if New York leans on Breece Hall, game script almost guarantees double-digit targets for Wilson.

Betting the over 70.5 receiving yards at around +114 fits his usage profile, matchup, and Miami’s defensive weaknesses. Given Miami’s home games have gone over the total in seven straight, we can expect volume and efficiency. The alignment of volume and environment makes this one of the sharper props on the board.

Jameson Williams’ 21.8 yards per reception as the vertical stressor and Jahmyr Gibbs’ 13 receptions in the flats help funnel coverage away from St. Brown’s underneath workspace. Baltimore’s coverage structure is allowing explosives and conceding high-percentage throws when the rush doesn’t get home; with the Lions’ offensive tackles trending healthier and the Ravens’ pass rush diminished, the clean-pocket rate favors Goff’s first read. When kept clean this year, Goff’s adjusted completion percentage is 83.9% with 0.32 EPA per dropback, and St. Brown is the clear beneficiary as his target depth aligns with those quick reads.

A seven-catch path is live via volume alone, and game state provides multiple outs: if Detroit trails, passing volume spikes; if the game script is neutral, Detroit’s RPO and play-action rhythm still drives targets to the slot. Correlation note: St. Brown’s receptions tend to travel with Detroit’s third-down success, and the Lions enter at 32.5 points per game. That scoring rate plus Baltimore’s 29.0 points allowed per game keeps the environment favorable for volume, ensuring St. Brown remains the safest reception prop on the board.
