UPDATE: Nacua has returned to the game.

Puka Nacua headed down the tunnel to the locker room at the start of the third quarter vs. the Colts. He is considered questionable to return with a thumb injury.

Before exiting, he was torching the Indianapolis secondary, catching seven of his nine targets for 112 yards. Nacua would obviously be a huge miss for the Rams, as he has arguably been the best wideout in the league so far this season. He has 36 catches and 445 receiving yards already after only three and a half games.
