NFL Week 4: LeBron James’ Football Picks, Predictions

Updated:

By: Andy Silva

Week 4 is upon us and LeBron James is back to deliver his thoughts on the upcoming week of football action. Ahead of Week 4, James cast his NFL winner picks.

Seattle Seahawks at Arizona Cardinals

LeBron likes the way the Seahawks are playing, finding them to be gritty. Combine that with the Cardinals’ tough loss of James Conner for the season, and LeBron is going with the Seahawks on the road.

Pick: Seahawks -125

Minnesota Vikings at Pittsburgh Steelers

In the early Sunday game from Dublin, LeBron is going to continue to roll with the Steelers. He likes the way they perserved last week against New England in a hard-fought victory and he likes how Aaron Rodgers is finding the end zone.

Pick: Steelers +124

Cleveland Browns at Detroit Lions

The Browns are coming off a big win over the Packers, but are traveling to a tough place to play in Detroit. LeBron says Detroit is a great team, and the offense is still strong despite losing Ben Johnson. So, despite the short week he’s going with the Lions in this one.

Pick: Lions -535

Los Angeles Chargers at New York Giants

LeBron kept it short and sweet here — Coach Harbaugh has the Chargers firing on all cylinders and he thinks that will continue this week as they travel east to take on the Giants

Pick: Chargers -285

Tennessee Titans at Houston Texans

In a battle of 0-3 teams, someone is guaranteed their first win. LeBron says he’s surprised by the Texans’ slow start, but he thinks they have to win this game. They can’t fall to 0-4 vs. a fellow winless team with a rookie under center, they need to pull this one out to see if they can make something out of their season.

Pick: Texans -360

Washington Commanders at Atlanta Falcons

The Falcons are coming off a tough loss and on the side, Marcus Mariota came in and played well last week in relief of the injured Jayden Daniels. So, LeBron is riding with the Commanders in this one.

Pick: Commanders -112

New Orleans Saints at Buffalo Bills

It’s early, but LeBron thinks Buffalo has everything they need to win the Super Bowl and they’ll keep things rolling against the winless Saints.

Pick: Bills -1450

Philadelphia Eagles at Tampa Bay Buccaneers

In what LeBron is calling the game of the week, the 3-0 Eagles take on the 3-0 Bucs. Tampa Bay will be without Mike Evans, while the Eagles are coming off the high of a blocked field goal returned for the game-winning TD. That said, LeBron is going with the Bucs here.

Pick: Buccaneers +164

Carolina Panthers at New England Patriots

In this battle of 1-2 teams, LeBron thinks the Patriots will finish the deal this week and take care of business vs. the Panthers.

Pick: Patriots -230

Jacksonville Jaguars at San Francisco 49ers

LeBron thinks both teams are a little surprising in this one, with Jacksonville sitting at 2-1 and the 49ers at 3-0. Jacksonville looks a bit up and down offensively, but the Niners are even more surprising given their injuries, including Brock Purdy and George Kittle. He thinks the 49ers go to 4-0, taking this one at home.

Pick: 49ers -185

Indianapolis Colts at Los Angeles Rams

Jonathan Taylor is balling out, as always, but LeBron says you look at Daniel Jones and right now he’s looking really good after exiting New York. The Rams, on the other side, are coming off a tough loss, but LeBron knows Sean McVay will have his team ready to go, so he’s riding with the Rams in this one.

Pick: Rams -192

Baltimore Ravens at Kansas City Chiefs

LeBron notes that the Chiefs are trying to find themselevs offensively, while the Ravens have had a rough go of things so far as well. All that said, if there is a time to get the Chiefs it’s now. LeBron sees the Ravens having a bounceback game and going into Arrowhead and getting the win to move to 2-2.

Pick: Ravens -148

Chicago Bears at Las Vegas Raiders

LeBron says the Bears played a great game last week against the Cowboys, with Caleb Williams and Rome Odunze both looking excellent. The Raiders, meanwhile, have been up and down with a new regime in place. LeBron wants to see if the Bears can keep things going, however, and is going with Chicago in this one.

Pick: Bears -105

Green Bay Packers at Dallas Cowboys

In the biggest storyline of the week, you’ll have Micah Parsons taking on his old team, the Dallas Cowboys. LeBron knows that Parsons is going to go into Big D with a lot of energy and that the Packers defense will be coming after Dak Prescott. Combine that with coming off a game that the Packers felt like they should have won, and LeBron sees Green Bay coming out on top in this one.

Pick: Packers -345

New York Jets at Miami Dolphins

This one left LeBron, like a lot of us, at a loss for words. He says both teams are giving us nothing right now on both sides of the ball, but the good thing about this game is someone has to get their first win of the season. Give LeBron the Jets, as he just doesn’t like what’s going on in Miami right now.

Pick: Jets +130

LeBron James’ TD Picks

LeBron also gave out his picks for some players who he thinks will find the end zone in Week 4. Check it out below.
