What happened to Evan Engram? Live injury updates for NFL Week 1 on 9/7/25

Evan Engram went to the medical tent twice during Sunday’s Broncos vs. Titans game and is now questionable to return.

Denver’s tight end is dealing with a calf injury that he attempted to play through after the first visit to the medical tent. He returned to the tent not too long after, and is now questionable to return.

The game is already in the fourth quarter, and the Broncos are leading 20-12 with under six minutes remaining. It seems unlikely that he’ll attempt to play through the pain again.

Engram has 21 receiving yards on three receptions in the season opener.
