While many believe that Goff only plays well at home, that idea is overdramatic and simply false. Last season, he actually had a higher passer rating and completion percentage on the road, and threw for multiple touchdowns in six of his eight road starts.
While Green Bay gave up just the ninth-most passing touchdowns last season (23), the Lions still carry a strong 23.5-point implied team total, and this game has shootout potential with a high total of 47.5 points on DraftKings Sportsbook. Plus, Detroit is a 1.5-point underdog, so its offense may be forced into a pass-heavy game plan. Goff throwing for multiple touchdowns is very likely in this setting, and he is a terrific bet for over 1.5 passing touchdowns at this appealing -105 price.
