The start of the 2025-26 NFL season continues with the first full Sunday slate of games. There are far more ways to get involved in the action than just via traditional betting. One of the more unique features on DraftKings this season is Pick6 Fantasy Football!

Ashton Jeanty More Than 59.5 Rushing Yards (Promo Pick)
DraftKings Pick6 has multiple promo picks available for the first NFL Sunday of the season. My favorite of those is Ashton Jeanty going for more than 59.5 rushing yards in his NFL debut. Jeanty was an incredible college running back at Boise State. He rushed for over 3,900 yards over the last two seasons at Boise State and was taken in the top 10 by the Raiders. This should be a fun offense with Geno Smith at quarterback, Brock Bowers catching passes, Pete Carroll at the helm and Jeanty toting the rock. This should be a tight game between the Raiders and Patriots, and Pete Carroll will want to lean on his young running back. Jeanty should get over 59.5 yards in his first career NFL game.
Jahmyr Gibbs More Than 0.5 Rushing + Receiving TDs
Jahmyr Gibbs led the NFL in total touchdowns last season with 20. He tied for the NFL lead in rushing touchdowns with 16, and he added four more through the air. David Montgomery is still a key part of the Detroit backfield, but Gibbs has established himself as the clear lead back for the Lions. This is a huge divisional game to start the season for the Lions, and their sideline will look different without Ben Johnson calling plays for the offense. New offensive coordinator John Morton will want to lean on his electric back in this road divisional matchup. Gibbs scored a touchdown in both games against the Packers last season and should do so again to start this season.
Michael Penix Jr. More Than 237.5 Passing Yards
Michael Penix Jr. could be in for a breakout season with the Falcons. Penix put up monster numbers in college, leading the nation in passing yards in his final season at Washington. He loves to air it out, and he proved that won’t change at the NFL level during his appearances last season. After Kirk Cousins started to sputter out last season, Penix took the reins as the quarterback of the future. In the Falcons’ regular-season finale, Penix threw for 312 yards. These two teams played shootouts in both of their matchups last season. It should be more of the same, with two great offenses and two defenses with question marks. Penix should begin his first season as a starter with a big performance against Tampa Bay.
Chase McLaughlin More Than 1.5 Field Goals Made
Chase McLaughlin was one of the best kickers in the NFL last season. He was 30-for-32 on the season, the best field-goal percentage among the 19 kickers who attempted at least 30 field goals last season. He was perfect from inside 50 yards last season and went 8-for-10 from 50+ with a long of 56 yards. Coach Todd Bowles has full confidence in McLaughlin. The Bucs ranked third in the NFL in total yards and fourth in points scored last season. This is an exciting offense, but it is missing some key pieces in Week 1, including Chris Godwin, Jalen McMillan and Tristan Wirfs. The Bucs should be able to move the ball, but those missing pieces could cause Tampa Bay to stall out in Atlanta territory. That would put it on McLaughlin to nail field goals. He made three field goals in Atlanta last season, and he should make at least two in this game.

Create a Pick Set by choosing 2+ players from the same sport and Pick Group (a set of picks available from a group of set competitions). For each player, simply select if you think they’ll have more or less than their listed stat projection. In each Pick Set, you can not pick the same player twice, and you must pick players from at least two different teams.
Enter an Amount
Once you finalize your Pick Set, choose your entry fee amount. Your entries will be automatically distributed into available contests, subject to your confirmation.
Sweat Your Picks
When the games go live, use the My Picks tab to follow your picks in real time to track how your players are performing against their projections and how they stack up against other users.
Compete for Prizes
Make enough correct picks and win a share of the contests’ guaranteed prizes. Any prizes won will be credited to your DraftKings account after contests are finalized.
