We have three games to choose from for today’s WNBA slate –– Mystics vs. Storm, Wings vs. Valkyries and Lynx vs. Fever. Both the Storm (-9) and Lynx (-12) are massive spread favorites on DraftKings Sportsbook, while the Wings vs. Valkyries matchup projects to be a competitive affair with Golden State favored by just 1.5 points.

Kiki Iriafen to Record a Double-Double (+105)
One of the WNBA’s unnoticed nightly double-double threats is Kiki Iriafen, who has recorded 14 double-doubles this season, trailing only A’ja Wilson, Angel Reese, Alyssa Thomas and Aliyah Boston. That’s rather elite company for the 2025 fourth overall pick. While today’s matchup against the Storm’s strong front court isn’t necessarily favorable, Iriafen has been cookin’ in the month of August, recording six double-doubles while averaging 16.0 points and 9.9 rebounds per game. The 21-year-old missed the double-double mark in her previous meeting against Seattle due to a poor shooting night, but she has recorded a double-double in six of her last seven games and should continue her superb play.
Paige Bueckers Over 18.5 Points (-115)
It’s becoming very difficult to fade Paige Bueckers at this point. She just broke the WNBA rookie record for most points in a game with 44 on Wednesday night against the Sparks and has averaged 22.3 points per game during the month of August, good for third in the WNBA. Her primary weakness is the fact that Dallas is the worst team in the league and can lose control of a game early on, resulting in fewer minutes for Bueckers and the starters. That’s exactly what happened on Friday when the Wings lost by 35 points to the Storm and Bueckers played just 22 minutes, her lowest mark of the season. Golden State has lost three straight and ranks 11th in the WNBA in defensive rating during this skid. The 2025 first overall pick has averaged 17 field goal attempts across her last five games and will bounce back today against the Valkyries.
Kelsey Mitchell Over 2.5 Three-Pointers Made (-130)
With Caitlin Clark still without a timetable to return, Kelsey Mitchell has taken control of the Fever’s offense. Since Clark has been sidelined since July 15, the 29-year-old guard ranks second in the WNBA among starters with a 28.3% usage rate. While the Fever are massive +550 Moneyline underdogs tonight, they put up a good fight on Friday night against the Napheesa Collier-less Lynx. Mitchell dropped 27 points and five three-pointers in that matchup and should continue that trend tonight. Minnesota has won 12 of its last 16 games, but its defensive excellence has dropped slightly without Collier in the mix. In the month of August, the Lynx have allowed the third-most three-pointers per game and Mitchell has averaged 7.8 three-point attempts per game.
