This Saturday, another major boxing card is scheduled to take place in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. 20-year-old rising star Moses Itauma is taking on veteran Dillian Whyte in the Main Event of Saturday’s Esports World Cup Fight Week card.
Itauma has taken the boxing world by storm, going 12-0 with 10 knockouts in his first 31 months in the sport. In 2024, Itauma went 4-0 with four knockouts in the first two rounds, making him a legit heavyweight contender. His opponent, Whyte, is 31-3 with 21 knockouts and is 17 years older. Since losing to Tyson Fury in 2022, Whyte has won three straight contests.
Even though he is only 20 years old, Itauma is a massive -1200 favorite with Whyte being a +650 underdog on DraftKings Sportsbook. Itauma is also -450 to win by KO/TKO/DQ.
The co-main event of this card is a tremendous WBA Featherweight title bout between Nick Ball and Sam Goodman. Ball enters this bout with a 22-0-1 record with 13 knockouts. Goodman, 26, is 20-0 and is coming off a victory against Cesar Vaca Espinoza in May. Ball has won three straight fights since his draw against Rey Vargas in March 2024.
Another heavyweight bout on this card is Filip Hrgovic vs David Adeleye. Hrgovic got back on track and defeated Joe Joyce in April. He has another dangerous opponent in front of him with Adeleye, who is 14-1 with 13 knockouts in his career. On DraftKings Sportsbook, Hrgovic is a -500 favorite as Adeleye is +350.
