WNBA Best Bets Today: Top Prop Bets for Wednesday 7/16/25

Updated:

By: Alex Hunter

Wednesday night presents a two-game WNBA slate. The Liberty are hosting the Fever and the Wings are hosting the Aces. Below, I have featured three of my favorite WNBA player prop bets for Wednesday on DraftKings Sportsbook.

A’ja Wilson U 9.5 Rebounds (-125)

A’ja Wilson has been inconsistent on the glass this season. She is averaging 9.1 rebounds per game and she has recorded eight rebounds or less in 10 of her 17 starts. Tonight, Wilson will be on the road and facing the Wings. The center has been a less productive rebounder on the road this season, averaging 8.0 rebounds per game when competing away from Las Vegas. Despite Dallas’ 6-16 record, the club is giving up the fourth-fewest rebounds per game this season.

While Wilson has the potential to dominate the Wings as a scorer, 9.5 rebounds is too high of a line for her in this spot and backing her for under this number is smart.

Sabrina Ionescu U 2.5 Made Three-Pointers (-130)

While Sabrina Ionescu is averaging a career-high 18.8 PPG this season, she has taken a step backward as an outside shooter. Ionescu is averaging 2.5 made three-pointers on a career-low 30% from beyond the arc. She has stayed under 2.5 made three-pointers in 11 of her 19 starts this season and Wednesday’s matchup vs. the Fever isn’t an appealing spot for Ionescu to light it up from outside.

Indiana is giving up the fewest made three-pointers per game (6.7) on the lowest three-point percentage in the league this season (29.5%). In this tough spot, Ionescu is an excellent wager for under 2.5 made three-pointers.

Jackie Young O 15.5 Points (-125)

Jackie Young brings great upside vs. the Wings tonight and she should clear this 15.5-point line. Young is on the heels of a season-high 30-point showing vs. the Valkyries and she is averaging 17.7 PPG this season. Overall, Young has surpassed 15.5 points in 11 of her 21 starts.

Young’s role has been immense, with her logging 30.1 minutes per game and ranking second for the Aces with a 25.8% usage rate, which is a career-high for the veteran. Dallas ranks fifth in pace and 11th in defensive rating of the 13 WNBA teams this season, and this matchup between the Aces and Wings carries a large 170-point total on DraftKings Sportsbook. Young lit Dallas up for 28 points when she faced the club last month and she should flourish in this likely shootout.
