UPDATE: Wilson left the game due to a left hand contusion.
In the first inning of Tuesday’s game vs. the Braves, SS Jacob Wilson took a pitch to his hand and exited the game. Max Schuemann took over as the pinch runner.
Wilson has been having an unreal season, only trailing Aaron Judge in hits with 111. He has also added 42 RBIs and nine home runs.
