One spot in the 2025 FIFA Club World Cup Final has been filled, with Chelsea beating Fluminense 2-0 in the first semi-final on Tuesday. Now, two of the biggest clubs in the world will battle it out on Wednesday for a chance to play against Chelsea in Sunday’s final.

Goals, goals, goals. That is what I’m expecting in Wednesday’s mouthwatering clash between two of Europe’s elite. Both sides are potent offensively, with PSG’s attack in full flow the last few matches, as Ousmane Dembélé, Désiré Doué and Khvicha Kvaratskhelia have been firing on all cylinders. Real Madrid’s attack is on par with that, with the likes of Kylian Mbappé, Vinicius Junior, and, more recently, Gonzalo García firing in the goals.
PSG have scored two or more goals in four of their five Club World Cup matches, while Madrid have scored in all five of their matches, scoring three or more goals in three of those five games. PSG has scored 12 goals in their five matches, while Madrid is not far behind with 11 goals. Despite goals being scored in the game, I think PSG has enough to have the slight edge to win. They have won nine of their last 10 games in all competitions, including a 5-0 Champions League Final win.
They look like the best team in the world at the moment, and although I think both teams will find the net in this one, PSG should have too much on the counter-attack for a Real Madrid defense that has some fresh faces this summer.
