UPDATE: Marte was scratched due to right groin tightness and is expected to be day-to-day.

Just over an hour before Monday’s game against the Padres, 2B Ketel Marte was scratched from the lineup and replaced by Blaze Alexander at second base. There is no mention yet as to the reason why.

Marte to hit a home run (+340) was the 7th most bet prop on DraftKings Sportsbook for Monday’s slate. He has played in 63 games this season, recording 68 hits, 40 RBIs and 19 homers.
