The Panthers came out on top in Game 5 and are just one win away from winning back-to-back Stanley Cups. Florida has a chance to hoist the Cup in front of its home crowd with the series shifting back to Amerant Bank Arena for tonight’s Game 6 matchup versus Edmonton. And of course, DraftKings Sportsbook has you covered with a sweet profit boost promotion. It’s simple––following opt-in, you will be issued a single-use profit boost token. Then, craft your Same Game Parlay (SGP), which must be at least three legs with odds of at least +300 or longer.
See below for my top SGP for Game 6 of the Stanley Cup Final between the Panthers and Oilers.
Panthers vs. Oilers Game 6 Same Game Parlay
- Sam Bennett 3+ Shots on Goal
- Sam Reinhart 1+ Point
- Brad Marchand 1+ Point
Sam Bennett 3+ Shots on Goal
Bennett has been wreaking havoc on Florida’s opponents all postseason, especially Edmonton in this series. The 28-year-old center entered this series leading the postseason in goals (10) and has looked even better as it has progressed, scoring at least one goal in 4-of-5 games. Bennett has averaged six shot attempts per game this series and ranks fourth on the team among forwards in ice time. The Cats have a chance to two-peat tonight at home and I’d be willing to bet that Bennett will focus on netting his 16th goal of the postseason. It turns out that the best way to score goals is to shoot the puck.
Sam Reinhart 1+ Point
It’s good news that tonight’s Game 6 matchup will be played in Florida because that means we can take advantage of Reinhart’s elite play at home. Perhaps one of the most underrated players in the league, the Canadian center has totaled five points in both home games this series, including eight shots on goal. Reinhart’s playmaking ability has always been evident, especially when sharing lines with guys like Aleksander Barkov and Carter Verhaeghe. But, he’s netted a goal in three straight games and leads the team in 5v5 rebound chances created. Reinhart leads all Panthers forwards in ice time per game and will see increased chances to score or set up a teammate on the first power play unit.
Brad Marchand 1+ Point
The one man who can dethrone Bennett for the Conn Smythe Trophy is Mr. Marchand, who has netted six goals so far this series. The 37-year-old forward is the definition of a playoff riser and carried his career-long success with Boston right into Florida almost immediately. I’ve been rolling with Marchand’s shots on goal props but the line has increased to 2.5, which I still feel he can clear rather easily, but the point feels safer. He enters tonight’s game with the highest goals above expected average this postseason and logged an unreal 93.1% 5v5 expected goal percentage in Game 5. Marchand has admittedly found more success on the road this entire postseason but Edmonton doesn’t seem to have an answer for him at the moment and a playoff riser of his caliber isn’t going to disappear with a chance to win the Cup.
