The NBA Finals are set to resume tonight with Game 3 taking place in Indiana. The Thunder and Pacers split the pair of games in Oklahoma City despite the Thunder dominating the vast majority of the minutes played. Along with the return of NBA action, DraftKings is offering a single-use Profit Boost Token on same-game parlays (SGP) for the Game 3 action. The parlay must be three legs and at least +300 odds or longer.
Here’s my favorite same-game parlay for Game 3 of the final series of the 2024-25 NBA season.
Pacers vs. Thunder Same-Game Parlay
- Pascal Siakam 18+ Points
- Jalen Williams Under 21.5 Points
- Alternate Total: Over 220.5
Pascal Siakam 18+ Points (-170)
The Indiana Pacers are desperate for some offensive production and count on Pascal Siakam to be the guy who steps up. While there is no clear weak spot in this Thunder defense, Tyrese Haliburton will continue to be hounded by Oklahoma City’s collection of elite perimeter defenders. Siakam has a cleaner matchup against the frontcourt, especially with the Thunder’s increased willingness to go small. The three-time All-Star is averaging 20.6 points per game throughout the postseason after averaging 20.2 points per game in the regular season. He has tallied scoring outputs of 15 and 19 so far in this series and also scored 30+ points in three of the six games against the Knicks. Siakam has played better at home in the postseason, averaging 22.0 points per game at home in comparison to 19.2 points on the road. Expect Indiana to have some greater success pushing the tempo in tonight’s game and creating some easy looks in transition. In addition, he will see a healthy dose of looks in the halfcourt. Siakam’s standard point prop is set at 19.5, and I like taking a slightly safer approach for him to score 18+ for the second straight game.
Jalen Williams Under 21.5 Points (-125)
It has been an ugly start to the NBA Finals for Jalen Williams, and I don’t see that changing in Game 3. Through the opening two matchups, the first-time All-Star has produced scoring outputs of 19 and 17 while shooting 11-for-34 (32.4%) from the field. Williams got off to a solid start to the postseason but has shot below 42% from the field since the start of the second round. While the shot volume continues to be there, Williams has been held to under 21.5 points in 11 of the 18 postseason games. Indiana seems content allowing Shai Gilgeous-Alexander to attack his spots in the midrange as long as it does not result in the defense collapsing and creating open perimeter shots. Williams has felt the effects of this, with nearly all of his shot opportunities coming contested and off of self-creation. Expect these struggles to continue in Indiana and for Williams to be held under 21.5 points for the third straight game in the series.
Alternate Total: Over 220.5 (-213)
The game total is set at 227.5 for tonight’s matchup with the odds at -110 in both directions. While I like the over in general, knocking it down seven points to take over 220.5 makes me extra confident. Indiana produced a 111-110 victory in Game 1 (221 total points) before Oklahoma City stormed back for a 123-107 (230 total points) victory in Game 2. Across the regular season, the Thunder ranked fourth in the league in scoring with 120.5 points per game while the Pacers ranked seventh with 117.4 points per game. They rank second and third in scoring in the postseason with 117.0 and 116.4 points per game during the playoffs. Both these teams also ranked in the top seven in pace across the regular season and are second and third in this metric in the playoffs. The Thunder have done a nice job neutralizing Indiana’s desire to play in transition to this point, but expect a clearer effort from the Pacers with the home crowd behind them tonight. Don’t be shocked if this is the highest-scoring game of the series to this point, and be confident the number clears over 220.5 for the third straight matchup.
