Jazz Chisholm Jr. exited Tuesday’s game vs. the Royals in the 7th inning due to neck tightness. He was replaced by Oswald Peraza.
Before exiting, he recorded a hit, a run, a stolen base and a strikeout in four trips to the plate. The Yankees have a huge lead in this game, which could have contributed to his early exit.
