- Entry Period: The Sweepstakes begins at 9:00 A.M. on June 8, 2025 and ends at 11:59:59 P.M. on June 8, 2025 (the “Entry Period”). Prevailing eastern time shall control for all purposes of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor’s computer shall be the official clock for all purposes of the Sweepstakes.
- Disclaimer: As a condition of participating in the Sweepstakes, you agree and acknowledge that X Corp and its owners, directors, officers, employees, contractors, agents, representatives, parents, subsidiaries, attorneys, insurers, and associated corporations and entities (collectively, the “Social Media Platform”) are not sponsors of the Sweepstakes nor do they endorse or administer the Sweepstakes, nor are they in any way associated with the Sweepstakes. All questions regarding the Sweepstakes must be directed to Sponsor, not the Social Media Platform. You must at all times during the Sweepstakes abide by and satisfy all requirements in these Official Rules and the General Rules. - How to Enter: There is only one (1) method of entry for the Sweepstakes. You must enter by: 1) following the @Pick6 account on X; 2) repost the @Pick6 Tweet referencing the Sweepstakes which will be posted by the @Pick6 X account on or around 9:00 A.M. on June 8, 2025 (the “Sweepstakes Tweet”); and 3) reply to the Sweepstakes Tweet with “Aura” in the reply. All steps must be completed for proper entry into the Sweepstakes. Any entry received outside of the Entry Period will be deemed ineligible. To become a registered user of X (formerly known as Twitter), visit www.twitter.com and follow the onscreen instructions to sign up for an account. Becoming a registered user of X is free. To “follow” @Pick6 on X, login to your X, account and select “search” from the toolbar at the top of the homepage. When the search box appears, enter “@Pick6” and click on the “search” button. Select “follow” when the @Pick6 icon appears. To “repost” the Sweepstakes Tweet, click the “repost arrows” button underneath the tweet. To reply to the Sweepstakes Tweet click the “balloon” button underneath the tweet and type your reply. Normal Internet access, phone, and usage charges imposed by your online or phone service may apply. In the event you are entering via a mobile device and using your wireless carrier’s network, standard data charges from your wireless carrier may apply.
Limit: one (1) entry per person. Anyone found to be using multiple accounts to enter the Sweepstakes, violating the Social Media Platform’s terms of service, or submitting multiple likes or replies will be deemed ineligible for the Sweepstakes, and all of their entries may be deemed void. Automated and/or third-party entries are prohibited and will be disqualified. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address and/or X account. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain entries by using multiple and/or different identities, forms, registrations, addresses, or any other method will void all of such entrant’s entries, and such entrant may be disqualified at Sponsor’s sole discretion. - Prizes and Odds of Winning: Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period and the number of points scored by Shai Gilgeous-Alexander in Game two (2) of the professional basketball finals on June 8, 2025 (the “Game”). Subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules and the General Rules, winners of the Sweepstakes will receive ten (10) dollars in Pick6 Bonus Picks to be used on the DraftKings Pick6 platform (each, a “Prize” and collectively, the “Prizes”) (approximate retail value (“ARV”) of a Prize is ten U.S. Dollars ($10)). To receive the Prize, you must have a valid DraftKings Pick6 account. Creating a DraftKings Pick6 account is free. - PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: The Prize will be delivered to each winner’s DraftKings Pick6 account. Pick6 Bonus Picks are site credits that have no cash value, are non-withdrawable, non-transferable, non-refundable. Customers can choose when to use Bonus Picks and must select their Bonus Pick BEFORE placing their entry. Entry fees are not included in winnings. If your contest entry with Bonus Picks wins, only the winnings will be transferred to your cash balance at which time they may be withdrawn. - Selection of Winner: On or about June 9, 2025 Sponsor will randomly select the potential Sweepstakes winner(s) from among all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The number of winners for the Sweepstakes will be determined by the number of points scored by Shai Gilgeous-Alexander in the Game. For each point Shai Gilgeous-Alexander scores in the Game, up to fifty (50) points total, there will be one (1) winner selected. For example, in the event Shai Gilgeous-Alexander scores thirty (30) points in the Game, there will be thirty (30) winners selected. For clarity, there is a maximum of fifty (50) winners of the Sweepstakes, regardless of the number of points Shai Gilgeous-Alexander scores in the Game. In the event Shai Gilgeous-Alexander does not score a point in the Game or the Game is not played on June 8, 2025, Sponsor will randomly select one (1) winner from all eligible entries received. Sponsor will notify the potential winner(s) by a direct message to the X account used to enter the Sweepstakes. In the event a potential winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within twenty-four (24) hours, an alternate potential winner may be selected.
